As a disabled vet I was proud to show my Military ID. Now Home Depot no longer excepts that. It's very sad

Store's rental box truck was taken out of service and has yet to be replaced.

I bought an lg fridge a few months ago. It did not make ice. They ordered another one for me. I had bought the floor model . Because I did not have a working fridge . They allowed me to keep the new one until the one they ordered came in .? It was only 2 years old and near top of line . I did not buy from Home Depot which I regretted. Their service is amazing . The manager of appliance personally delivered since it came from store. I own a few properties and I will always use Home Depot because of follow up service .

Needed plumbing supples, outdoor solar lights, good glue and outdoor stain……no problem, many choices!

On two separate occasions, with two different floor personnel helped me find what I was looking for. They walked me to the items and showed me the options in the items.

Shivery is not dead at store 6974, everyone who saw me in the isle ask me can I help you! One person stop what they was doing and walked me over to the isle I need it to be. Love it. Customer service!

Great store better staff.

The service at this Home Depot is fantastic! We have just moved to the area and our new place needs some work, so we visit this store regularly. Christy in the blinds department was so personable, kind, and thorough. Her advice and followup made this process so easy. Yesterday, we had an appointment with Ranay in millwork. Ranay allowed us the opportunity to schedule our door consultation in advance and was extremely helpful in assisting us throughout the selection process, answering all of our numerous questions about the installation process. The employees at this store are kind, thorough, and so informative - shopping at this Home Depot has consistently been a positive experience!

I love going into this Home Depot for several reasons. It’s not too big so it doesn’t matter which door you go in. Also, they always have what I need and know where to easily find it. I think they have everything except eggs and butter! (Just kidding). Easy to get someone to help you.

I go between the Jacksonville Beach Store and the Atlantic/Girvin store as my home basically sits in between the two. Have been truly Happy with the service and selection ( depending on my needs ). Clean , neat store and a friendly, helpful staff. Though the JB store is smaller and does not carry a wide variety of products compared to A/G. I’ve gladly recommend the JB Store.

The Jacksonville Beach Home Depot is a slightly smaller store than others farther west, such as Regency. The selection may be a bit limited in departments such as appliances, lighting and plumbing. However, for general home repairs, handyman projects and gardening needs, this store excels. The personnel are bright, friendly, knowledgeable and keen to help both in finding items and loading into your vehicle if necessary. There is always a helpful associate nearby with plenty of product knowledge to help with job application and product selection. For "Beach" remodeling at a contractor-grade, this is your store. And the kitchen remodeling and product department is great to work with at an affordable and realistic price. I use this store for 95% of my "handyman and gardening" needs. We're lucky to have this Home Depot at the Beach.

Employees are kind, knowledgeable and helpful. Four of them - in one visit- went out of their way to help me.

Customer service (or lack thereof) was subpar at best. Store associate was outright rude and seemed to be bothered that she had to provide service to customers. No problem, plenty of other hardware stores at the beaches. I won't be back.

Employees are helpful in every way.

I am a regular and frequent Home Depot shopper in different locations. Admittedly this is a smaller but very high traffic/busy store. At most all stores their employees are courteous and helpful. This store has a problem with the attitude of some their employees. In general the female associates are knowledgeable and some are actually quite friendly, but some of the males seem to have a why are you bothering me attitude when asked a question, or they do not know where anythings is, sometimes both.

They had everything I was looking for (plus some). Department personnel were knowledgeable, VERY helpful, friendly and courteous.

I did not do the survey to enter the contest it was a legitimate compliment. I was so impressed with two of the staff that I thought, give credit where credit is due! Nevertheless, I did fill out the contest, though I never win, what the heck. Having a Home Depot this close is a Winner anyway Keep up the good work!

Local store with friendly people. Fewer people in a smaller store means a quicker in and out.

Great friendly staff very very helpful in so many ways ! Well stocked clean store, had the water heater in stock I choose on line , no other Home Depot in north Florida had it in stock, this Home Depot had 3 of them !! Highly recommend this store !!
