I purchased a washing machine on Wednesday. I was charged twice for it. I contacted store same day. I was told it was because my card had to be reinserted into the card reader. Told system should recognize it was a duplicate charge. Give it 2 days. 2 days later 2 nd charge was taken from my account. I contacted store was told over the phone 2nd charge couldn’t be verified. I drove 25 miles to the store. Showed proof of being charged twice even called my bank and put it on speaker so the people “helping” could hear it. I was told it didn’t matter as the Home Depot system says it hasn’t received a 2nd payment.

Best shopping experience for me definitely coming back next time to get more tools

Every time I go into the store, it’s what I expect. Is it life altering? No. Is it exceptional in every single way and it changes my outlook on people and the current events? No. This isn’t a religion, but a hardware store. I get in, I get what I need and I leave. It’s consistent. They always have what I want, I typically don’t have to wait in line too long and the associates are not overly friendly, but they’re not rude. They keep it to the point. And I love that.!

Had a problem with the microwave I received got someone coming out to fix it ASAP. Very convenient.

Inaccurate information regarding professional installation.

I had a problem with my order, and Caleb in customer service listened to me and took corrective action. However, I had ordered a tall water heater, and when I opened it, I realized it was not a tall unit. I made adjustments that should not have been needed if I had the correct unit.

High prices, poor customer care, Makes you feel like a thief when there looking for help unlocking simple tools for purchase which are behind steel cages.

Caleb saved the day! He singlehandedly found what I needed, honored an advertised discount (even though it was no longer on sale), suggested the right accessories and made me feel appreciated while doing it all. Home Depot needs more like him.

Brenda at the check out counter was extremely nice and helpful. We are very fortunate to have her in our community.

We were looking for appliances for a kitchen remodel and Pamela was amazing. We selected some for estimates and she was there on return visits to finalize the sale and delivery. Very Professional, available and friendly.

I have visited this store several Times and the customer service is always excellent. The returns department is wonderful. The associates on the floor are helpful.

At the Jacksonville Fl lane ave. store Martha was a blessing. She gave excellent service and was very helpful.. By the time I left, I was confident in doing the job.

If you go to Lane Ave location in Jax, Fl rest assured you will have to hunt for a lumber or flat cart in the parking lot to find one. All other HD locations have carts inside for the customer but NOT Lane Ave. Other than that it’s a good store!

I have always loved my Home Depot however it is not the same as yesteryear. It seems to be lacking the great management that it use to have. I find myself going to the competition more often than not.

I’m not too good at projects, that is getting the right stuff the first time around. Therefore I usually make several trips and have some returns before getting the right stuff. And always am very satisfied with the stores ability to work with me to resolve any issue.

I've tried to download The home Depot app multiple times with my new phone s25 ultra, it keeps telling me on the Google Play site that it's not compatible with my phone. I have an Android operating system. I've tried to download it from multiple places and it will not do it. It says incompatible with my phone so what's up with that???

I got to the store weekly, sometimes twice a day. I always have a good shopping experience at the Lane Ave store. The store is clean and well organized, and I was able to find most of what I needed without an issue. The staff is always friendly and helpful when I asked for assistance.

The Lane ave Home Depot has been my favorite lumber store for over ten years now. On Wednesday 5/28/29 they were extremely busy. Even though it was busy I received help from at least ten associates. Yes I was using my 12 month interest free coupon. Brandon Hersh was my cutting guy. He was patient despite being late for a lunch break. Unknown name but nice lady helped me get my pressure washer loaded. Then Ron took over and rolled that cart in line for me and was willing to wait in line to load my van! He had to clock out though. Leo G kindly told me the store was just very busy this day when I asked him were they short of help in the long line for bulk things. Ms. Jeanette and a nice lady before her kindly explained to me that I was missing the bar code for the coupon as I started getting upset about my own mistake. lol Breonna gave me hope about recovering my bar code to use the coupon, Then Deana made the call for me to use the coupon. Jerry and Nate helped me load the rental van when they saw me attempting to load it on my own. The rental team was very kind to me as well. They all made my day! I thank them so much!!

Where are the savings? Paying more for an item now than compensation stores. Why keep going here poor service and higher prices,

Hopefully you won’t need help, because you won’t get it here. Get ready to ring up your own purchases, get zero help from store associates, be prepared to walk halfway across the store and then through an obstacle course just to get to the checkout and if you have questions…. Better look them up on the internet before you go to home depot, because the associates can barely locate themselves much less anything you are looking for, and have zero knowledge about anything and everything in the store. Home Depot used to be the best place to go, and now it’s the absolute worst. Whomever came up with the idea for these new changes should be fired immediately.

There weren't any more 3pk 16x20x1 on the shelf. I didn't have time to wait for the associate to get some more from the top shelf.

The store is very busy all the time sometimes it’s difficult to check out or get through customer service because of the long lines, but the store is busy because they have everything and they have good prices. I was happy with my products I bought there and the customer service I was given. I think they need to review the front end process and keep all the registers available cause I have stood in line for a long time there.

Was there at noon on Tuesday to pick up items needed for job. I had to run down an employee that pointed me in the directions and when I found it it was locked up. Had to get the Ryobi Rep to unlock it for me
