This has been the worst service ever. Not only was the wrong quantity of bricks delivered for my paver project, but instead of fixing the issue on the original delivery day, it was delayed to the next day. Now it’s 5 PM and we’re still waiting. This delay has completely disrupted our schedule and is unacceptable.

I know you're trying to prevent the thievery but to get to the registers was a bit unnerving. I take my dad who is older and we had a time finding where to get to the entrance of the registers. They moved it! The isles are so crowded it makes it hard to walk thru. Too much stuff! I don't know if I picked a bad time to visit but it seemed as if every isle was closed or shut off with pallet jackets or lifts. I know you have to keep things moving because it's a warehouse but it also makes it a little more difficult for just the DIYers to browse and spend money. That is all. Thank you.

Management needs to review their employees attitude and communication skills with their customers

I do like the curb side ,but if need to browse i do just not fan of self checkout

Lynn in the paint department is awesome. He was professional, courteous, and friendly. We had picked out a base paint but it was the wrong kind for the job we were doing. He explained everything, pulled the paint from the shelf, and mixed it to the color we required.

Good variety and value. Takes time finding what you need.

The only problem I ever have is trying to find someone on the floor to ask, "where can I find this item XXXX"? there are so many different areas of different items it is hard to find someone to know what I'm looking for.

Only self checkout and we had to stand in line behind 25 people. No one to help get something out of the locked cases and all the employees reek like weed. Shop elsewhere!!

This is my Home Depot location due to location being close to where I live. This staff does great. They greet you and help the best they can. Truly grateful for your staff. I will be shopping here for another 40 years hopefully.

This survey asked was the employee engaged and interested. I didn’t have to interact with anyone, I knew what I needed and got it, paid and left.

I've tackled a number of projects recently and I've had helpful people assist me at this store.

Store app shows multiple items being in stock at this store, along with price. They either do not have the item or they do not stock it and it is only available online. They also will not price match an item shown on the app when the app price is lower than the shelf price is. Employees usually have no idea where an item is located, especially when the app shows a certain Aisle and Bay and that is not where it is located.

I received a discount coupon and when I tried to use it on my purchase I was told it couldn’t be used

The employees are too busy gossiping among themselves To help you find and choose a tool or paint product.

The employees were very helpful and polite. But the self check out is very hard to understand and confusing. The line at the pro register which was the only one open was very long. Most customers waited over an hour to check out at the only open register. I used to work at Home Depot for over 7 years and have shopped there for many more. I will not return if the registers don't come back with cashiers.

I wanted to write specifically about how friendly and kind 2 of your employees were! I didn't catch their names but both were black women, one was in her 20s and the other was anywhere from 50-55 and had short hair. Both of them made such lovely small talk while I was at the self checkout on Saturday around 6 or 7pm or so. Both of them brightened my day with their kindness and friendly demeanor.

Technician came out and measured the window. Store personnel of great assistance in selecting the blinds. Technician notified me when it was delivered to the store. Installer arrived on time and was very efficient. Great job!!

As I'm quite sure that anyone that's ever shopped here will already know to bring your own help in loading your purchases cuz they will not hire enough employees to be available when needed to help load larger purchases
