5 stars to Caleb for navigating he return of part of my online purchase. Didn’t have a receipt & forgot what card I’d used. He found it on my Home Depot card, promptly issued the refund & then helped me find the correct product…all with a great sense of humor that had me, as well as his fellow employees & other customers, chuckling & smiling. He turned an otherwise annoying experience into a fun one!!

Bought a zero turn and the lawnmower doesn't want to stay running I was told to push it to my trailer I'm not pushing nothing after spending 4300$

Service was great for purchasing our deep freezer. The delivery was swift but movers broke my screen door and dented and scratched my new freezer. After 2 weeks we still have not received a door replacement or any compensation for my screen door after completing the whole complaint process. I provided pictures right after it happened and still nothing has been done to remedy this problem. Therefore this took away from my visit and explains the low rating

Purchased many items this year for an addition to include maple Kraftmaid cabinets and quartz countertops, carpet, bath fixtures, etc. My project came out beautifully with the help of the experts at Home Depot. Ordered many things on line and consequently had several returns. Not one problem.

I will never go into this Home Depot again! I will drive miles out of my way to get some form of customer service. This store has none. There are usually no cashiers open but today there was one and she was horrible. She did not know how to do even the simplest part of her job like bag what we bought.

I have yet to experience a bad shopping experience at this store.

I had a terribly frustrating experience at Home Depot, particularly with store manager Ms. Bernie at the 6346 Lane Avenue, Jacksonville location. Despite their promise to provide an additional for equipment rental discount due to an employee (bill) mistake, they failed to honor it. Ms. Bernie store manager was incredibly uncooperative and unhelpful, exacerbating my already bad experience. We were in there looking for a Toilet and Calab was extremely helpful.

Pam in appliances helped us out and totally went above and beyond helping us with a new oven.

Went in recently to buy a refrigerator and a range. The associates were extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

We needed a push mower and Gary from outside lawn and garden assisted us greatly and sandy our cashier made our checkout effortless

The older black woman over the washer and dryer area on 9/22/23 9:30am was very rude when I asked for help

Very frustrating to have gone through this bad experience. The manager accused me of being a thief and I had paid everything. I even showed him my receipt and called security. People recorded while he claimed that I was a thief. They kept me for a long time. I have my purchase receipt. They discriminated against me.

While it was too early for me to eat a hot dog this trip, several contractors told me that if I got a chance, I simply must try the hot dog stand just outside the store. They all choose the Lane Avenue store to pick up supplies because they can get a great lunch at a relatively cheap price at the same time. Even my son-in-law was bragging about them. The service in Home Depot is quick enough so that they have time to actually eat the hot dog before cranking up to leave the parking lot.

I have always had amazing experiences at this location. The staff is extremely helpful and knowledgable. If they do not know an answer of the top of their head, they find it.

The Home Depot #6346 on Lane Avenue in Jacksonville, FL for my needs is the best store for having the items in stock.

Hands down amazing service every time!

My experience at this particular store was very good in that I was able to quickly find an associate to assist me. They actually walked me over to the exact spot in the hardware dept to locate my item instead of just giving me an aisle number which would have been okay too,
