All the employees at this store were very kind, courteous and helpful to me on my visit.

This store usually has what I need for my project(s).

If you go for no other reason, say hello to the friendliest cashier around: Sandy. She'll make your trip worthwhile.

It is fun to go to Home Depot to wander around. See things you didn't know where even made and things that you needed/wanted and have forgotten about. Both employees and some customers have added to my education of tools and short cuts.

I wouldn't entertain the thought of shopping anywhere else!I been going here for year's and always been satisfied!

Need staff with knowledge in specific depts. Was in appliances & only had 1 person working. One couple left that was going to purchase 3 appliances, another couple left that wanted to buy high end washer/dryer & we left without buying a washer/dryer. They lost thousands that day with just 3 couples. Sad.

every service person i delt with were very helpful. i had a issue with the mgr Erik on a refund on a online sale price on eco-27 tankless water heater.i went to the store and purchased said item on feb 22, i found out they had two in stock. i paid $505.00 plus tax. i called the online service and told the rep that the online price is $404.00 plus tax. she called the mgr and arrange with him to get a refund on the difference. Erik stated to me he will do this only this time. Florida advertising Law mandates any ad price online, newsprint etc. must be honored, if you have the item in stock. I am retired 40 years with Chrysler Jeep Ram Corp Retail Sales Division. i delt with advertising and sales.

Twice had to hunt down associates to be able to get what I needed. Then the cashier didn't seem to know what she was doing

I love the Home Depot store on Lane Ave. I prefer this store over the others here in Jacksonville. They always treat me well and are very helpful.

Store has a pleasant and friendly atmosphere, I feel at home always. I can find the area/aisle for the type of products Im loooking for, saving time and efforts walking aimslessly throughout the store to find what I need.

Store is neat and clean and everyone is very professional

Not Military friendly. Was solicited and sold a Commercial Revolving card in the store on the basis I would be able to still use my military discount Black Friday. I went to use the card today and was told that I could not use the card and receive my military discount. Manager said sorry, that is the policy. I used my Debit card and they still did not give me a military discount.

Cashier was extremely rude. I guess 30 years of working there gives her authority to treat her customers like they have no value to her pay check.

I quit doing business with HD years ago and found the problem to be a management issue. Finally started going back. I still find that the customer service is not up to standards of nearby competitor. I drive about 2 extra miles to get to their competitor. Today was my last visit unless I have no choice. Two extremely rude customer service personnel in one visit. We just spent in the last few weeks the majority of our remodeling money at HD. Not in the future.

This store was clean but no around that could help when needed and no handicapped karts for those who need them (seems they are not charged). Isles were cluttered with product which makes it hard to move around. Cashiers were very nice and tried to be helpful.

Great customer service experience on this last visit. They helped me find an item that was not showing up on their inventory list. More than one associate went out of their way to assist.
