HD has really stepped up their customer service game. At one point the associates seemed to avoid you or not very knowledgeable. I even started going to the competition but I decided I didn’t like the store as much as HD. I’m incline to believe there were enough complaints or a management change but customer service did change for the better and I’m very happy to say HD is my first choice!

I like the way homedepot has everything organized

Friendly employees. Great selection of products. Great prices. I bought a new vacuum as mine broke while using. The new one works great, eureka!

The service at this location is very poor. The employees are not well trained to serve customers at checkout and significant time is wasted because of their lack of preparation.

The associates at this Home Depot have always been exceptionally outstanding at every visit. They go out if their way to help me. I truly love to shop at the Lane Avenue Home Depot!!!

Customer Service Department needs to be looked at as far as knowing what they are telling Customers. I was told I would get 25% off of purchase by applying for a HD card which I did only to get no discount when checking out (even after telling cashier) meaning going back to the Customer Service Desk to wait in line again to cancel purchase because of telling me only 50,00 will be given. I made the purchase (490.00) but what was told was not honored, be sure you get what you are being told, I had other means of paying and would have not lowered my credit score for 50.00. I Have shopped at this store since it has been there and never had an issue, and a little less personal phone use with HD phone lines ringing would be a thought to.improve as a start.

Yes the people are friendly ,and clean area I recommend to anyone to get there any time.

I love this Home Depot. They always have plenty of inventory, whatever I need is always in stock. Sandy was my cashier and she had a pleasant attitude and checked me out quickly.

I always experience great customer service when I shop at this location. Employees are always available and helpful, items are always in stock, checkout is quick and easy and returns are always smooth. I've been to a number of Home Depots and this one is by far my favorite.

THE STORE WAS VERY ORDERLY AND THE RETURN CASHIER TOLD ME WHICH ISLE # TO FIND FILTERS. WENT IN WAS PROMPTLY WAITED ON AND FOUND ITEM AND WAS OUT IN APPROX 15 MINUTES. I FOUND THE ITEM PROMPTLY ABLE TO GET ASSISTANCE STORE WAS CLEAN ASSOCIATES I SPOKE TO WERE VERY FRIENDLY

The staff that I came in contact with made this big box visit painless. Helpful and positive employees really make a difference at this store. Also I found some the last of the seasons outdoor furniture at an on sale fantastic price!

Store was clean.Had a good experience with associate as far the way customers are treated with efficiency and great respect.I felt welcomed.Store Associate are very helpful when help is needed from them to find an item.

Over the past 15 or so years this store has gradually declined. Poorly executed "shop keeping". i.e. inventory neat, well displayed, price markings clear, etc. Most yards sales and flea markets are better. This last visit (yesterday, 7/13/2020) plenty of employees in evidence...milling about, chattering etc. Meanwhile the PVC fitting were about as messed up as I've ever seen them. What's more, there was not an employee anywhere in the 2 plumbing aisles. When I tried to get 3 lengths of 3/4" PVC pipe it was all tied up in bundles. I finally just pulled the bundle to the floor, slid 3 pieces out. The Home Depot at Oak Leaf (about 8 miles away) is everything the Lane Avenue store is not. The contrast is stunning.
