When you wake up in morning, you get ready for work and say to yourself Today I will ttaet everyone with respect and Godly love.. Today, I felt that. I along with my 11yr old son has asthma. I woke at 5am because the air was humid and I couldn't breathe well. My son started wheezing so I waited for Home Depot to open. I ordered a fan online and ooted to pick it up. Qhen I arrived to the store I met Ms. Venett she looked uo my order # and then brought it to the attention of Ms. Lesa, they couldnt find the fan due to my order taking uo to 2hrs to register. Ms. Lesa went searching on the floor for the item. She found 2 but the box was damaged. Ms Dona assured me that all parts were in the box by opening and showing all parts. I also was able to get the 2yr warranty on the fan

In violation of NYC law this Home Depot has hired a tow truck company that will boot and tow your motor vehicle even when you are a customer of the store.

I can almost always find what I need when go to Home Depot & even some stuff that I didn't know needed. The only proplem is that there's very seldom anyone around to although you see folks in oranges aprons all over they all seem to be a little too busy to.help. Although on this day everyone that I asked point me in the right direction but they never went of their way make sure I found what I was looking for.

I bought closet rod from there adjustable from everbllt that is great everything is including like Mount all screws and that just double rod it's fits well.

Not one employee was around to provide assistance.

Quality Furniture & Geeat price for it.... I know Furniture was the last thing on my mind but they sell it online and Goog, good deals I love choices and savings money. Just moved in to my apartment and it all worked out...

As usual, the store is heavily stocked, as I can find what I need. However, the staff at this location needs working on, as they can be rude and curt. Smh...

Go to any other Home Depot. The people working here can't wait not to assist.

My Home Depot on 168 in Jamaica is very clean and they always seem to have most products needed for projects. The friendliness of most staff members are great for most part. Check out at the register, is fast and easy.

I went in to pick up some electrical wiring available by the foot. This is something an employee must unlock and cut accordingly for clients. There was no one in the section and I spent the better of 20-30 minutes going back and forth to different sections and the front of the store looking for assistance. I requested a manager and one was called but did not come. NO employee helped after going through essentially a dozen or so different representatives there. Ultimately a manager that was contacted on the phone told the lady at the counter of the customer service section to do it herself (She was really busy). She simply passed me over to someone else who passed me over again. This place has horrible customer service and you will undoubtedly spend needless time getting guidance that should be straightforward. Ultimately I left the store after getting the wire I needed without purchasing additional items as I did not wish to go through the same experience again.

Compared to Loews Home Depot does not have a full compliment of help on the floor when you need it and when you call for it , at times no one comes or they take a very long time. Most of your people are very nice and professional . The guys who work the roof are very accommodating and the returns people are nice . Like I said the staff is very nice with few exceptions.

I never write reviews, but since I have had many poor Home Depot experiences in the past, it is worth noting that this location is great, and everyone was super helpful, knowledgeable, and nice. FWIW: Literally, every employee was not white; most were women, and those I interacted with were not native English speakers, so I assume they were not born in the USA. It was among the best shopping experiences I have had in a decade.

It's unfortunate that I live locally and have to shop out of my geographic area. I've been there approximately seven times since the Jamaica store opened. Twice for a delivery pick up and five times to shop and was totally disappointed. Parking, lack of staffing and the somber decadence.

The amount of people outside looking for work was unsafe. This place is mobbed with migrant workers who look like they would cause a fight if someone did pull up to hire them. I was cases from the moment i pulled on the property with my work vehicle

I went in to buy some window seal. I left feeling like I just visited a prison.

When in there looking for what I needed and I was out in under 15 mins

I visited the store several times this week and every visit showed improvements in staff being happy to help make sure I was assisted to get what I needed.

I just bought my refrigerator and gas range and was very satisfied. Thanks to Home Depot

3x in the month of June the sales associates told me items I wanted they did not have/ ran out or never had. but after I checked the website and found the items were indeed in-store and I had to find them myself. I find this unacceptable as senior citizen that the associates were to lazy or unwilling to do their job.This is my located HD and I normally don’t have any problems but this month was a little to much

Everytime I need something I go to Home Depot in Jamaica, Queens. They have everything.

I wanted to purchase a product and with the assistance of the cashier I was able to buy the product I needed.

I got the mirror that I wanted, and I am so happy

I was greeted and helped by employee Jose. He was pleasant and very friendly. Great customer skills it was a pleasure shopping at this Home Depot.

This Store used to be a very good place to buy repairs and miscellaneous items, but not as good as before.....
