Online order arrived at store and box was ripped open. Store should have notice when FedEx delivered it.

Roscoe's and I had great time. He was a big hit with staff and customers I found everything I needed and he is learning socialization skills

In June I purchased a Toro mower iand a propane tank filled in August, both for my dsughter who lives in Keene. Its a Tractor Supply with great associates.

I found everything I wanted and I've come to trust Home Depot but I live in Connecticut so to find a $4.00 discrepancy on my receipt from a Home Depot in New Hampshire just going to have to double check the receipt before leaving and now take a photo of the price on the shelf as proof.

We are renovating the 45 yr old house we purchased that was built by a crosseyed carpenter (it seems that way) Plumbing, wiring, flooring, windows, kitchen, bath, bedroom, plus the places to put stuff....does it ever end, I think not, BUT finding all that's needed at my favorite neighborhood Home Depot, makes doing all this, so much easier. I also know, if I need a professional, Home Depot has them also. So far, we bought our paint, doors, windows and some of the floors at Home Depot in Keene. Wow, I sound like a commercial!

They need more employees. The employees that work there are overwhelmed with trying to help everyone because there are NOT enough people working. The plants are horrible..dried out so bad that they separate from their pots. Kathie Croteau

Needed a super sized (137 gal.) storage container, he knew where they were, helped me get it to a checkout, and then to my car. When it looked as if it would not fit in the back of the RAV even with the back seats down, he turned it uo side down and it just fit. This old lady very impressed!

We had several unusual items we were trying to find and each time, the Keene staff could tell we needed help and were quick to show us where the items were that we needed - and were very knowledgeable and made helpful suggestions for ways to build the project we are working on. The staff were all friendly and made the visit very productive!

Love dealing with this store

I don;t drive and had to order a drain cleaner on line. I had a problem with my computer and had to call in the order on Saturday morning .I had to go to the hospital on Monday and didn't want someone watching the house with the kitchen drain not working. I got the cleaner Sat. afternoon and there was no charge for shipping. The sales person was very helpful and the green gobbler cleaner worked neat..

I spoke with someone at the store and supposedly all items were available in stock. Over 24 hours later I still haven’t received the email stating the order is ready for pickup. This order had 4 items in it!!!

I purchased everything for 2 floors to be installed. Product tok 3 seperate delivery days because some of the items didn't make it on the last delivery! the wait time for delivery is from 6am-8pm (an entire day and they just showed up without calling ahead of time as Home Depot said they would. I was literally stepping out of the shower when I heard the truck pull up! ) customer in flooring was terrible, their only saving grace from this mess is that I escalated it to management and they continued to tell me misinformation. 39 calls were made to complete this project (SHOULD HAVE BEEN ! AND DONE not 39!) Mike in flooring should be fired, he's lucky I didn't call management immediately, how dare he throw the ring of color selections at me!!! Customer in flooring is terrible and the installation company has such little faith in them that they actually asked me to call them directly when I had all the product in my possession...why is that, why are they asking me to call when I had everything, oh right THEY don't have ANY faith themselves that Home Depot will have all the product on site 3 days before the install date! I would NEVER recommend Home Depot for anything other than what you can purchase off the shelves and although most of the associates on the floor are very helpful, the flooring dept. itself doesn't appear to know what is what, basic questions could NOT be answered! Educate your employess train them on customer service (apparently this man has had many complaints about him because I couldn't remember his first name but everyone else in the store that I spoke with knew exactly who I was talking about and they in fact gave me his name...your own employees feel he needs to be FIRED!

I am pretty handy around the house and can fix most small things. Such as installing shelves, closet organizers, assembling furniture, painting etc. I am also very independent and can find things by myself, but sometimes I have a difficult project I can see an outcome for and need some advise or guidance. I needed help finding furniture leg anchors or plates that go on the bottom of furniture to secure legs to. I tried to flag down a group of associates chatting in the raceway over by appliances and gave me the "Home Depot Point" and continued talking. They were NOT there. I flagged the hardware older man down. He said I don't have anything like that Period. I wandered myself some more to find them in millwork but I needed square ones for my project you only carried the triangle ones. This is for an oval table. It gas no corners. No one seemed to want to help at all. I felt like a ghost at the Depot 👻

We do a lot a buying from this store. The employees are very helpful.

Everytime I've come to the Keene Home Depot, I've had a positive trip. Everyone that I've asked help from knew where things were, gave suggestions between different products for how they help get the job done in different ways, and were friendly.

Always great customer service

As a national sign service company, we frequently visit many Home Depot locations. The Keene, NH Home Depot is the first and only Home Depot where our teams have experienced such outstanding leadership from General Manager Josh. His employees are truly fortunate to have him. One employee who has saved us countless hours of delays at other Home Depot locations is Ethan Law. He is a young man who demonstrates exceptional customer service, always attentive to contractor orders and ensuring they are prepared and loaded promptly. Our company believes that young leaders like these deserve recognition. While many companies might not take the time, we felt it was essential to express our sincere appreciation.

My overall shopping experience compared to other building supply stores closer to me is better at Home Depot and I actually drive 20 miles out of my way to shop Home Depot.

If you buy on-line and pick up in store bring a Russian Novel to occupy your mind while the moronic knuckleheads try and find your order!

We were happy to purchase a new grill at the Keene Home Depot. I had a 10% coupon, and we saved the sales tax. We were greeted as soon as we came in by a cashier and he found someone to assist us, and he also helped us get the grill into the truck bed.

I’ve bought everything here from appliances to shrubbery. They always have what I need but it’s a big store so I might have to look around a bit. Their clerks always find items for me if I ask.

I was told to wait for assistance with window blinds. I waited 30 minutes; got no help. Asked again, was told a staff member would be paged to help me. I waited another 15 minutes, staff no-showed. I gave up. Goodbye Home Depot!

Products are easy to find... What I need is usually available.
