I have a Home Depot in my home City but the Keene NH store is so much better.

Great customer service by Nancy F. and Sam R. today 11/16/23. They went above and beyond in getting my wife an I situated with the break down and packaging of a floor model product since it was the last one. Great Job!

Rob was great! So knowledgeable and helpful with the products needed for my bathroom remodel! He went above and beyond after explaining what products were best and why he even loaded my materials into my truck for me! Thank you Rob!

The people at Home Depot in Keene, NH are very knowledgeable and go above and beyond to assist people.

I went to HD in Keene on a Saturday morning. It was busy. The people in the aisles were helpful. When I went to pay, there were zero cashiers, only self-checkout. If I wanted to work at Home Depot, I'd apply for a job there. It was dehumanizing and made my opinion of Home Depot plummet.

Home depot is an addiction! I went in on 8/10/23 to have paint matched. Well many paints are one color wet yet another when dry. So why doesn't the staff know this!? I was there to get a paint error fixed only to discover I went home with the wrong color. After the final wall dried yet was much darker. Go back AGAIN or paint the other 6 walls all over!? The last wall I purchased a creamy butter yellow. I asked the high school lad to open the can so I could look. He absolutely didn't want to assuring me with 2 unknown customers looking on that it was correct color. NOPE tan!! Plus while at the store I had a rusteoleum cabinet transformation kit I purchased that needed to be colored. Guess what the high schooler couldn't figure that out. So I'm on the phone with the company but my phone is about dead. I told the young man he needed to call from the store. He had no idea how to even complete this. These kids are great & I am greatful for the work ethic, they are friendly. But all of these errors in a single trip that was the result of an error to begin with!? Time to Sherwin Williams? I've never had a negative employee interaction. All are friendly. Most do know answers or how to get them.

I would like to recognize Mike at the Pro-Desk, Eli at Customer Service and the Cashiers Paula and Isabella for being positive and helpful and making me feel that HD appreciates my business.

Every one of the staff at this store has always helped, with a great attitude. Plumbing staff in particular are knowledgeable and helpful. Best Home Depot location I have ever used.

Purchased a Ryobi Pole Saw and a couple other items, the sales person (MARI / 26337) was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and more than helpful, she even helped me out applying for a Home Depot Credit Card at the self checkout. MARI made my shopping experience a joy and she deserves much thanks.

While the store is very typical of most Home Depots, (neat, well stocked, clean) they have only self checkout stations. The only cashiers they might have would be at the pro desk for large or professional purchases.

Mike was a great help in loading pond pebbles. He is an asset to Home Depot.

The employees are knowledgeable, approachable and professional. As a return customer I love the staff and service. Rebecca from interior design consistently helps me through the home improvement process. Another employee named Linda helped me with additional counter options, samples and many questions to facilitate the process with Rebecca. Another employee named Linda helped me lift the heavy plywood into my SUV that I think is above and beyond. Thank you for your awesome employees who are the drive for my return visits.

Have bought numerous items and have always been satisfied.

Last Sunday l went to the Keene Home Depot to purchase a pole saw. So many choices. Looking for an associate on a busy Sunday shortly before Fathers Day and in the springtime made it harder. I asked a cashier (Jennifer) a question which she upfront told me she could not answer, BUT she proceeded to make calls to two different departments to find someone who could. Lucky for me she found Linda C who was very knowledgable and had hands-on experience. Long story short I left with my purchases and was able the next day at home to start my project. Many thanks to both of you for all the help.

I usually dislike home depot, but this time, there was an employee who knew exactly what aisles I could find what I was looking for, gave me the aisle numbers. I found what I needed and got right back to my life. Thank you whoever you are

The Kitchen Designer went out of his way to help get exactly what I needed

Travis expertly navigated the computer (I call it the box) to accomplish my goals. He also took the time to make sure my log spliter was properly filled with fluids and attached to my Jeep. Sam was able to provide an instructional Manuel and found 3 other items no one else could. Steve finalized it all - am extremely happy with how it all turned out. Will be back for sure.

I have lived in five different states over the last 20 years. I have to say that this store has one of the friendliest most customer friendly staff I have found. They also have the best variety and inventory of products.
