I am truly happy with the customer service I received at Home Depot (Killeen). Constance, Aries, Brandi and Talia went over and beyond to ensure I had the correct fence stain and replaced defective lawn equipment. Although they had several other customers they worked together to provide quick and efficient customer service. Thanks so much guys

This is such a clean, well maintained store. Associates always greet me even in the aisles. Never a long wait for help. Ares G was so wonderful in the front end, and a lovely young lady in paint was so friendly and helpful.

Very helpful at this location.

Generally very friendly and helpful staff, but I feel like the inventory is limited and the store just seems worn out. Maybe this year will bring some welcome updates. Also, the survey is dreadful, and this review page is malfunctioning. 2019 people. 2019.

Great service

Make sure if your needing something for your house and don’t know much about it do not go to Home Depot thinking someone can help you because most of the employees don’t have a clue as to what things are , I’m not saying all of the employees are like this but most of them and through all departments , Home Depot does t pay their employees much so you get what you pay for , if they would get retired tradesmen working their then they would be the best store to go to for everyday household .

The Killeen Home Depot store #6526 has truly made my family's life easier since becoming new home owners 3 years ago! Everything we've ever needed, we found at this store from tools and equipment to maintain my lawn, to my awesome toolbox, and much more. I facilitate this store on the regular and plan to continue, so thank you for what you provide to the community!

Great service, great team! Very impressive visit! The return desk was very nice and engaged in conversation above and beyond the return. The checkout with Marie was flawless as usual , very impressive & professional! My special orders were handled professional and with great product knowledge by Jody! The lumber guy was very busy but handled himself professionally , knowledgeable,and courteous! In addition our plumbing project and needs have all been assisted professionally and knowledgeable by Tom P . in plumbing ( an on going project replacing plumbing in my 50 year old peer and beam house) Thank you, we will be back!

For wheelchair users it would be nice to have clearer aisle's. Other than that FANTASTIC employees, especially KEISHA. She went over and beyond helping us out today. Should be very happy having an employee like Keisha

Friendly and knowledgeable staff compared to the other Big Home Improvement Store. Staff always answers all my questions about products and are always ask me if I need assistance.
