Bought shelves in store for $150 each only to find on the site they were $64 each, and Home Depot refused to do anything about the OBVIOUS price gouge.

Hi, I am a disabled customer that came into the store today from the moment I walked in the door I was greeted by someone and then sent to a department to find my needs. When I arrived in that department, I found what I was looking for but I wasn’t certain if it was the appropriate size so I found an employee his name was Timothy and Timothy took the time to actually measure what I had take it back and get the correct size for me, then I have more questions he actually took the time to listen to me and make suggestions to help me acquire what I needed to get done we actually went to another section in the store where he shared possible solutions giving me choices. It was amazing. It was like having my own personal. Helper to guide me through my journey here today it was a very pleasant and knowledgeable journey for me today thank you Timothy and thank you Home Depot happy holidays to all.

Associate Wolff went above & beyond to assist. So did 2 other associates but I didn’t get their names but they work the evening shift for the lighting department. I was also very pleased with Ona’s follow-up from the customer service kiosk. Wolff made sure he didn’t leave until I found the right ceiling fan light glass mushroom cover. And that’s exactly what he did. Let’s not forget the assistance from the other two lighting associates that assisted as well. Ona from front desk came by to see if I found it. What a great experience: Killeen associates really knocked this one out of the park. I felt very special at this location and I’m not used to that the countless times I’ve come to Home Depot at other city locations.

The people are so friendly and accommodating.

Made a major purchase in less than 15 minutes. Salesman Rob Loredo went up and beyond to assist me.

Vicki at the customer service desk was amazing. Its unusual to find employees (at any business) who are willing to go the extra mile and help out a customer. She resolved a problem I had with an order despite having to spend quite a while on the phone and despite her being bounced around on the call to different departments. She got the problem fixed quickly and with a smile. I would hire her! Employees like this are becoming a rare commodity and I really appreciate her enthusiasm and "can do" approach. Overall, the Killeen Home Depot is my go-to supplier for all projects big and small, Vicki helped to make sure that this store remains my number one store!

I bought a shark vacuum and needed the liquid that does not come with it, and the nearest option was Home Depot. At first it said it was in stock but it didn’t say what aisle. So I asked a team member (David) for help and saw he worked as a MET associate. He looked for the product and finally found it in a different department. He led me to the product and even brought it down because it wasn’t on the shelves. His customer service was exceptional!! I don’t think I’ve ever had an associate help me as much as he did my whole existence!

In and out in under an hour for 3 major appliance purchases. Great customer service.

Customer Service was great. A very nice young man assisted me in loading flooring on my cart and Vicki and Zach assisted me in lumber. Very much appreciated. The quality of the plywood panels were subpar and I wouldn't recommend those. The customer service of their employees was top notch.

I purchased numerous materials and building supplies from Home Depot with one, being a special order. at the commercial desk, two ea. 24” X 50 ft. Valley Flashing. Absolutely a must have, ordered, shipped, arrived and forwarded as promised! And undamaged. Try that at your friendly, uh” I dont know let me find an associate that does, argh! competitor. You know.

I had a 4x8 plywood cut to easier manageable sizes and the Employees were fast, efficient and professional at the wallsaw station. Carolin working at the check out is professional and courteous and provided a quick, smooth final process.

I bought new flooring for upstairs and down stairs. What a wonderful experience. Jen was the best flooring assistance ever.

I needed some plywood cut in half, guy in the wood area cut full sheet in half, with great attitude. Half sheet is easier to handle.

Plumbing staff had never heard of a Studer vent for indoor plumbing. No one in this area knew what that was until I showed them a picture via Google. I'm a DIYer, started in 1970, my real profession is IBM and other mainframe computing programming.,

This location always has associates in the proper place for example, windows/door, paint section etc… ready to help with our needs.

Home Depot is hands-down the best place to get quality lumber—and price in this area, it wipes Homebase off the map, but is not as helpful in cutting services as the aforementioned. Thanks

I purchased sprinkler parts which worked out great. The employee from plumbing department helped me out tremendously and gave me the right solutions for repair.

I sometimes stop at other stores nearer my home only to find that I should have gone to Home Depot in the first place.

apparently our door was put on differently than the average door. And Rob took care of us on the phone found the best price and then helped us when we came into the store. Best experience with Home Depot I have ever had. Thank you Rob

I was able to return my item in record time and also the person at the checkout was super nice and very friendly, and I would shop this place all the time

Worst visit ever. We were harassed by the AC saleswoman despite telling her that we were not interested. She continued to interrogate us. All we wanted was a door lock and to go home.

Went in to pick up HVAC filter. Staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and straightforward. Great experience, please keep it up.

The customer service is really good there in Killeen TX.

Products are there but customer service is negligible. Hard to find anyone to help, and when you do it seems as though you are imposing on their time.

Had to order the product I wanted. We’ve been given three different delivery dates and we’re not 100% sure when we will actually see the product not happy about the disorganization in the Home Depot company.
