I went to the store to purchase planters but they were on a top shelf, so I went to ask for help and an associate responded promptly. This guy came quickly and grabbed several items for me and took them to the cashier. His help was greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Went to look for my sons generators before Christmas. I know I was late to get but felt they should of had them for selling.

If you purchase a major appliance through the AAFES/Home Depot partnership, be aware that if you fail to select any of the supplementary services (icemaker water line, haul away, and movement of the "old" refrigerator to another room such as the garage), your new refrigerator will be unloaded from the truck and left where it lands (in this case, the driveway). No installation assistance whatsoever in placement of the new refrigerator

Went to get some power tools. While looking at tools a sales guy from Milwaukee Tools comes over to ask if I need help. Well I just went to get one tool and ended up getting several power tools. The sales guys knowledge about the package deals on the tools saved me money and I was able to get several tool for what I was gonna pay for one. Very helpful young men.

I bought tile with the help of a courteous and patient person. He provided what we needed to do a complete install. I had to bring back one item on this purchase, and the and the return desk had a person who was prompt and helpful. Great staff!

Got myself a Dewalt 20A cordless drill at a decent price.

I am giving this location two stars for lack of customer service. While I was looking for a door, it took me 15 minutes to actually get help from someone and even then I wasn’t able to come to find the right solution. I had to take a guess. If that wasn’t enough, when I got to the front, the store associate couldn’t find a barcode and told me that I had to walk all the way back and find the barcode for the door. I asked her if it could be looked up on her system and she said no she doesn’t know what it is and instead of going back herself, she let me walk all the way back to search for the barcode take a picture and bring it back to her. I asked her if there was a discount that I could have for the inconvenience, she said there were no discounts andeverything as is, and proceeded to move my door to the middle of the checkout aisle without any offer of help getting in the car. I thought Home Depot was to be a showcase of excellent customer service and take pride in their shoppers, but my experience today has shown otherwise. I hope it will continue to improve, would be able to see the difference if I were to come again in the future.

Love to shop at this Home Depot people here love their job, that’s why I love to come at this Home Depot. They go the extra mile.

In the past 2 years I have visited this store and whenever I need help with getting wood cut or getting sonething out of a locked cage there has been long delays in getting help. I dont know if the issue is lack of staff, staff helping other customers or something else, but it makes me very hestiant to shop here. The staff are helpful and courteous when you can find them, but the process needs some improvement.

With age or injury normal toilets are too low 21 in may be too high. The toilet is built well but for the price i would have expected included seals and hardware to be of better quality. I decided to use hardware from the outgoing glacier toilet. To fix leaks i was having during my novice install.
