Excellent priced lawnmowers

I went in with my Husband to get info on bathroom remodeling and was met at the entrance with customer service from Tuff Shed co.; they were very willing to offer assistance and help us get the proper service; so in 15 min., someone called us to arrange an appointment to meet Statewide Remodels for help.

A good visit, the young paint guy helped me and was helpful and informative. Cashier was friendly.

Purchase some yard materials and Misty in yard and garden was great. Super sweet and easy to deal with.

Not much selections in the store but easy to get help from the employee. They'll help you out if you wanna go through online order.

All I needed was a few boards cut and after cashier ask for assistance for me in the lumber department it took 2 hours for anyone to come help. After someone arrived they rushed through the cuts and messed up 2 of the boards and didn’t give me any options to replace them.

Recently returned an item and had to leave to place quickly before I freak out due to one lady with bad attitude towards me. And now I'm dealing with a refund payment issue. Other than that, I've always love home depot. It's just that one lady. Hope she gets better days so maybe shell serve better. thank you all. Could give it 5 stars but the lady stole the fifth star. Sorry maybe next time I visit and thanks again

Purchased the Pelonis 1500 watt oil-filled radiant electric space heater to use in my little shop in the back yard 12'x20' and it keeps a nice comfortable temperature and it's 42F out right now. Love it.

I purchase all of my cleaning supplies at my Home Depot

We absolutely love the customer service we receive at Home Depot and especially the Killeen, TX location! Everyone is always so nice and helpful and they really just try to do everything possible to go over the top!

Love shopping this store, for a slew of reasons, have been a regular for some years. The employees are helpful and professional. The products are great and even if one has to take something back the process is simple and quick.

Always well organized and adequate staffing.

If you need curbside pick up find somewhere else to go. This store does not like bringing orders out to your car. They also take this opportunity to fill these orders with all the old, unsold merchandise they need to unload. That is what they did to me. They filled my order with old, brittle products that I had to return. I didn't bother to purchase a replacement from Home Depot. I purchased my replacement items from another store. The store employees don't care about customer service and seem to find it funny when an unhappy customer interacts with them. I've seen them look at a ringing phone after hanging up the phone while laughing and poking at each other making jokes about having hung up on the person on the other end calling back while they ignore it and just let it ring. What ever happened to making customer's feel valued? Since COVID we should just count ourselves lucky that they deign to come to work anymore? Are we just supposed to accept poor quality products being pushed at us because of "shortages"? Or the even poorer excuse of customer service being served up by lazy employees who don't feel like they need to take their jobs seriously because they don't feel they can be terminated? This Home Depot has come to represent all these things lately. Shop there if you want, but don't expect good quality or friendly service.

Store is somewhat organized and most employees are doing what they can for the customers in the Killeen Store. Prices are usually good for the most part and I go to Home depot mostly because they usually have the item I am looking for and saves me time, not having to "Look" for the item!

Needed someone cut 2x4x8 in the lumber dept, LOADS OF STAFFWORKING THAT DAY -just ignored us while they did their tasks, we waited 25 minutes for someone to cut the planks of wood. I register open that went so slow that after a long wait we had to go scan the wood ourselves to get out of there. Place was a mess

My husband and I were purchasing lights for our new home and upon checking out, the lines were a little long, especially at the peak times. We suggest having more cashiers available at peak time.
