The way HD acknowledges Veterans is despicable.

As I often shop at this store each time has been an amazing experience. If I didn’t know exactly what I needed all I had to do was ask and the employee would not just direct me but actually walked me to the item, sharing information so that I would make the correct selection. If I had to return an item, not a problem. Employee eager to assist. Never an unpleasant experience at this Home Depot. I love the support given and the courtesy of the staff members. Thanks for employing such a wonderful group of members.

some of the questions that were answered answers were taken out of context. even though I could not find them quickly they were displayed in wrong areas.

The store is always clean and a employee there is always a employee who greets me when I walk in the store also it will be nice if they have a hotdog stands outside the door.

We had a great experience with the appliance department! Jody was especially helpful and knowledgeable. Also George is great with the computer stuff. Both were service oriented and happy to help us. We bought an LG washer/dryer set and got a great price. We are new to the area and had gone to Lowe’s first but did NOT have a good experience there! We highly recommend this particular Home Depot!

This morning when I went to the store it was difficult to find assistance, at first, because it appeared that those on the floor were already assisting others. I do not mind waiting when I see your employees helping others patiently because I believe I will be given the same courtesy.

Amazing staff and customer service. There was a young man by the name of Chris that helped me get exactly what I needed and help me load my items in my vehicle.

We are new to the area... from Calif., and this home depot far surpasses the ones we left!! Yet, ANOTHER reason we're happy to be away from Ca!

I would like to give kudos to the young lady who works in the return department. She is always very friendly and personable. I really hate I can't remember her name, but she does a great job!

The Killeen, TX, Home Depot has friendly employees and they all are always eager to assist with any questions to the customer. It is nice to be greeted as you enter the store as well. We have never had to "wait" for help or have an employee "not" assist us. That is gratifying and the reason we only go to this home furnishing establishment.

THE STORE IS CLOSE BY AND NORMALLY HAVE WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR. THE EMPLOYEES ARE USUALLY NICE. ESPECIALLY THE CASHIER NAME MARIE. ALWAYS FRIENDLY AND WITH A SMILE ON HER FACE.

I might try this store again maybe if the fired RJ or give him some training in what it means to assist a customer rather than blow them off and then call them a liar when they get called on the carpet!

The store was clean and will organized. The store manager must be training the employees very will, because they are all very friendly and more than willing to help.

I ENJOY SHOPPING AT HOME DEPOT. MOST ALL ASSOCIATES RESPOND TO MY QUESTIONS WITH INTEREST. THEY ARE WILLING TO TRY TO FULFILL MY SHOPPING NEEDS. "INVENTORY" IS NOT A FUN TIME FOR ANYONE. I JUST DEAL WITH IT AND CONTINUE SHOPPING.

I've been working on a big to me project. Everybody I've talked to & asked advice from has been extremely helpful. Tom in plumbing went above and beyond by cutting up my pipe & threading it for me. In my numerous trips up there I have had instances I've had to search down an employee to help, that's my only complaint.

This store takes care of customers.

I tend to watch a lot shows that give me inspiration for my home, Home Depot makes it easier to get the right things for a good price, they also give out military discount to show support for our troops but most importantly they give out good service and are so helpful and as a woman I don’t know much but all I need is a picture and measurement and someone is there to help me unlike Lowe’s the employee help you and don’t seem to hide from you.

Associates were helpful in directing to correct area of the store. The assistance in the area (plumbing) was exceptional. Very personable and helpful.
