The 3 employees who help me, were friendly, knowledgeable and had a genuine caring attitude.

Need more friendly employees, and better training on customer service.

I have a multi-phase home remodel project which is needless to say brings a level of stress, however the energetic eager to help attitude from Ms E & Jeri at the customer service counter to Juliana in flooring make this project a little bit easier with their expertise.

I bought a paint sprayer and exceed the expectations

Installers made up an issue regarding our water source pipes-investigated and no problem actually found by professional. The delivered washer did not have the “Which cycle?” Instruction grid that the display model had inside the lid. Overall, the washer is fine and was decently priced, if loud.

Killeen’s HD is absolutely filthy, items all in the isles, you cannot hardly even get down and isle and the lumber department is in such disarray you have to sort through the bin to find any usable lumber

Mrs. Tami at the paint department is super helpful and deserves 5 stars. All the staff the day I visit kept their pace and was very helpful and nice during a very busy weekend day! I will definantly go there again if I have another project!!!

Veterans discount is always changing and you don't find out til you checkout

Ms Juliana at the appliances was super informative, patient and kind while I purchase my refrigerator and she helped me get a credit card

Charlie and Marie in Cabinets and Countertops are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Charlie is patient and knowledgeable about the products. He does his best to get you exactly what you want for the price you can afford. He took the time to describe the differences in the different cabinets and was always willing to locate a physical example when he sensed the look of confusion.

Paint department seems stretched to its limits. I had a female employee helping pick out the closet match to a custom color I needed a tad lighter. Even with the tag from custom color match, we had to start over with square one, finding something close. Employee received phone call and was called away indefinitely. I figured it out on my own. Female seemed stressed. Paint mixer didn’t try to help with more than mixing paint per preselected color system. No wiggle room for expertise, must be the wrong pay grade to know more.

No matter what I need, the Killeen Texas store always is stocked and competitive prices with plenty of help and assistance. The store is clean and easily accessed and every product I’ve brought has lasted and I love shopping at this Home Depot

This is the first time I ordered online and then picked up my order in the store. That's the fasted I ever got into and out of Home Depot. I needed to get some paint otherwise, next time I'll try the "curbside pick-up". P.S. If you use the "Military Discount" add the Home Depot app to your cell phone before shopping in person at Home Depot, the QR scanner in the app is the only way to get the discount now at the register.

For the most part home depot is a good store. They need to make sure their products are separated based on the prices for the product. They need to check their inventories on each aisle to make sure that the inventories are up-to-date not just an empty box sitting in the slot. But for the most part the store is good.

I try my best to check out with Ms. Marie! She is the sweetest women ever and can always be found smiling! I k ow I’ll have a great experience if she is working checkout that day! Even if the self checkout os empty; I go to her!

Having ordered online for curbside delivery, at lunchtime, I received an email that indicated a later email would be sent when the item was pulled and ready for delivery, the item was in stock and available for pickup today. After work, I received had received no email, so I called to check on my order. 20 minutes on the phone, no pickup. I jumped in my truck, redialed and started to drive to the store. Along the way, somebody finally answered and indicated my item was pulled but curbside closes at 6:00 p.m., it was 5:52 p.m. Please come inside and we'll have staff bring it out to your vehicle. Upon arrival, I wait in line at customer service while three clerks sit with no other customers. One is one her personal phone, then on the register. The other sits with her back to me at the returns counter. The young lady at customer service is handling phone calls and returning calls from the day. When the young lady on her personal phone gets off of it, she tells me the line is over there and points to returns. Of course, when I got there I was the only one in line, now there are five people lined up. No, I say, that is returns, this is customer service, see the signs? I've been standing here almost 15 minutes waiting for you to notice or the other young lady to finish with her phone calls. About that time a gentle man, whose been pulling stock, comes and asks if he can assist me. I give him my order number. He looks it up, apologizes that it hasn't been pulled, and goes to pull it. He returns two minutes later with the young lady I spoke with on the phone who states, "After I hung up with you, I went to pull your order. Unfortunately, that item isn't in stock. Sometimes the system shows an item, even though we don't have it. If you'd like we can pull this other one for you. It's similar, but not what you ordered." No information when it might be back in stock. No offer to have transferred from another store, and the kcker, the store down the road, in Temple, had 8 in stock. It's just a 27 mile drive. How do I know, because when I called, they answered in 1 minute, and confirmed in stock. When I ordered online, I received an email five minutes later saying it was ready for pickup. To wrap it up, this store does not care about customers or customer service. The entire customer service staff should be fired, including the manager overseeing the department. He/she obviously does not know how to lead or set expectations.
