Some seriously quality employees here. Let me say as a customer...we're not always right. And I hate to see some of the customers that come through the doors treat the employees as if they owe them something...just because they are the customer. Excellent poise and patience when dealing with these people - very impressed. Furthermore, I will say that the knowledge base at this store is excellent - many times I have been saved from going about a project the more difficult way because an employee cared enough to inquire about the intent and method to the project I was doing - not just what I needed and where to find it. Great store - the people make it feel more like a small town hardware store and I love that. Thanks, Tom

While shopping for laminate flooring and preparation materials, Russell was so very helpful in many ways--he found us a stock return mark-down on flooring, so we got a great deal! He also went out of his way to help us with the preparatory materials we would need, etc. Loved the experience.

Typically great experience expected from Home Depot. Helpful and Friendly associates. Fellow customers are typically great to interact with, too.

I have had a long-standing plumbing issue that has gone misdiagnosed and unrepaired for years by amatuers and professionals alike. The King of Prussia store's Master Plumbing Specialist, Jim Mearns, not only recognized, diagnosed and explained the cause of the problem instantly, he help collect the needed materials and clearly explained their installation. The fix resolved this issue immediately! I hope not to need to, but, if i find myself in need of plumbing advice, I'll be taking myself directly to the King of Prussia Home Depot and seeking Mr. Mearns out again! Thank you Jim.

I stopped by the store to pay my bill and to pick up some Easter Flowers. The employees with whom I interacted were all helpful and courteous and I was able to get in and out with no wait!

Larry in the plumbing department and Joe into rental department went above and beyond to help me solve a problem! I had a copper fittings stuck in the shower faucet and they both went out of their way to get the piece remove for me. Both of these individuals went above and beyond and I do appreciate their help!

The store materials were neatly stocked except i had to wait 15 minutes or more for access to some lumber on a high shelf because no one had brought them down off the upper tier

I came to the store with a broken drain stopper of an unusual type, for which I had been unable to find a replacement online. The store associate who helped me, Jim Mearns, came up with a very clever and inexpensive solution. I was impressed by his brilliance and his helpfulness.

Why did I have a great time at this Home Depot? Because of the happy, calm, attentive service provided by the associates. In every department I was greeted by an associate who happily helped me- really helped me! It was like the 1950's in a real hardware store!

King of Prussia store provides the best customer service. Employees are constantly watching out for you asking if you need assistance. My experience with this store was pleasant and the Sales Associate Jack from Special Proj couldn't do enough for me and made it happen and closed on the sale and also help me obtain a credit card fast. My wife and I entered the store and were greeted within ten seconds and directed to the correct isle to pick up our product. While checking out, we were offered assistance to load our truck. The cashier was fast and talked to us, eye to eye, so many times in other businesses the cashiers look into their drawers and it looks like they are holding conversations with the register. The building was clean inside and out. The pro area was organized too, even with the constant coming and goings of people.

Jim, the master plumbing specialist in the plumbing department, really knows his stuff. He showed me how to repair a 1945 water system valve for under $10, and saved me a $200-$300 plumbing bill. Friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous. He's my go-to guy from now on.
