Always has what I need.

Stood in line 5 minutes trying to get the app to load. Forfeited the discount because a line was forming behind me. Other retailers use a phone number and a scan of a photo ID. Why isn’t this standard

I needed to buy paints and match them to specific colors on my ceiling, walls and molding. With just a small piece from each area, I was able to get a perfect match. And the staff there was very helpful.

I went to Home Depot to return an item and purchase some new things. The employee at the return desk was so patient and kind. Super friendly also! Then, while searching for my sand polymer, 2 employees helped me find it and carry it. Sand polymer is heavy! The check out employee in the garden shop was so nice! It was a great Home Depot experience!

I had a great experience today at the King of Prussia Home Depot. After dealing for weeks with a computer glitch that was not letting us use the Extra Pro 10% coupons, Rashan spent the time to make sure we received the proper money back. Corporate failed at this with multiple phone calls, but Rashan came through! All on Easter Sunday - well done sir.

Valerie and Michele were extremely helpful in the purchases I made.

I love Behr Marque paints and the fact that I can bring in another color from another store and get an exact match of very high quality paint for less. Also I can bring in a painted object, have it color scanned, and then buy a sample size container of the color and paint finish I am thinking of using.

I was just in the store, looking at tiles, and a few min. later I was greeted by Loo, who helped me throughout the whole process from picking out everything I needed for a bathroom remodel to introducing me to Royce, who helped me order everything and check out. Both gentlemen were extremely patient and helpful.

Disrespectful cashier. Unhelpful. Belligerent. No way of getting a manager. No formal way to document a concern. Did not even take my name and contact info when I made the complaint. Terrible terrible customer experience.
