I was purchasing plants, customer in front of me was taking a very long time, cashier directed me to self-checkout, and I went as I thought there was a problem. Instead, cashier finished up with challenging customer and moved on to another, not asking if I wanted assistance nor offering to check out my items. Not sure why you bother having anyone work here, I got absolutely NO assistance from anyone who is paid to assist customers.

REPLACING MY WATERHEATER WAS SIMPLE

Recently visited to purchase a large piece of plywood. An employee from Landscaping (the other side of the large store) came to cut it for me so I could get it into my car. He was friendly, polite and efficient.

Was able to find 2 of 3 items fairly easily, but the lady who told me that no adapter was required for the small hex wrench to attach to the 1/4-inch hex bit had NO idea what she was talking about. Good thing I had a spare connecting adapter at home!

Your molding prices way to high it’s criminal

After an appliance purchase the price dropped within the timeframe for adjustment. I talked with a rep and supervisor, and they worked really hard to find a solution. While they couldn’t resolve that day, they flagged the issue and were able to resolve the following Monday without me needing to come back in. Really appreciated how much they cared about making it right.

One can walk many miles and circles finding specific items in DIY stores. These associates helped me hone in on the product locations
