The Associates at this store were extremely helpful and polite. First Desiree, who helped me locate the last remaining folding picnic table in the style I was hoping to purchase. Then with Russell, who not only discounted my purchase because it was a floor sample, but arranged for home delivery for the next day. To Alex, who delivered my picnic table today only a few minutes later than expected. And he called first to let me know of the delay. All in all, this was one of the best experiences I have had at any store to date. I am very, very pleased! :)

My father and I were making a quick visit to get supplies. Express check out representative Duane Carter made an exceptional impression on me more than once on this short visit. When we 1st walked by he wasn't very busy yet he made himself available to passers by if they needed something. When we used self check out we really didn't need help but he made himself available if we did. In the end he was able to help us. This young man made an impression so I asked his name. Thank you Duane for your assistance!

My expectations for a late evening purchase of some difficult material to load were not high but the outstanding help i received from associates at the customer service desk to the loading dock forced me to leave the store very HAPPY!

There are some absolutely superb associates in the King of Prussia Home Depot store. Roger and Rich in Hardware, Morris and Don in Electical, Patrick and Judy in Paint, Don Rushin all over the store, Jim Mearns and Anthony in Plumbing, Eric in Windows and Doors, Doris, Jane and Shannon as head cashiers, Charlene, Tash, Dwayne, and Collins as cashiers, Frank at the Contractor's register, and Marty in Returns!!! All of the above have gone out of their way to make my shopping experience a delightful process on a daily basis!!! Their advice in their fields provides guidance which helps me address unique customer projects on a daily basis. A "Tip 'O The Hat" to the professional team that helps me all year long!!!

Our kitchen renovation was made easy with the assistance of the Home Depot associate who provided great knowledge and specific modifications to assist us. The associate was very friendly, patient and knowledgeable in providing us with design layouts and cost. Great working

My boat's galley's faucet needed replacement. The specifications for a replacement were fairly precise. Jim Mearns was a marvel, he picked for me the alternatives that would fulfill the criteria, once that was accomplished, he helped me with obtaining other parts that I needed for maintaining my boat in general and gave me sound advise regarding the shower unit that needs to be replaced on the boat as well. Prior experiences with Jim were equally rewarding, whether it is toilet parts or stainless gear to maintain a dinghy in the water between two pulleys. I am fortunate whenever he is in the store without a line-up awaiting his services.

Product availability for microwave appliances to install yourself is very limited -- I had to purchase a GE in order to carry it out of the store that day. Store Associate was extremely helpful, however, and this store could use some more associates like him. Overall a good experience and I recommend this store.

I have been using the King of Prussia, PA Home Depot location several times a week for the past 8 years. In that time, I've watched the store go through a series of changes, and getting better each time I go. But I have to give extra kudos to the awesome store associates at this location. Everyone is ready and eager to help, and with an unexpected level of friendliness whenever they have brought me directly to the products I have sought. The cashiers have also been so extremely friendly and pleasant. Thank you, Home Depot Associates for your winning attitude and excellence in customer service!

Stopped in looking for an area carpet, found them with ease. Had many to choose from. Took only about half hour and I was walking out with my area carpet . The cashier was pleasant. I always love my visits to the Home Depot.

This was my worst trip to HD. There were only 2 boxes of the Allure that I NEEDED one was on the bottom of a stack of an other style of Allure so I foolishly took the torn box on top. When I arrived at the job site and opened the box I discovered that it was short by one sheet of Allure. Thus requiring a return trip to HD and standing in a long line at the return counter. So I wasted and hour and a half work time and thirty miles of driving. The final frustration was at the self check out where the associate slouched at the main check out register while I, with my sore back, had to lift the box of tile to the scanner of the sub register to do the check out. nary a may I help you or thank you for your purchase. THIS IS NOT THE SERVICE I USUALLY GET or expect from HD.

The store seemed to carry more products. The layout in the store also felt more open. I needed to find a specific item and an associate not only told me where it was but even walked me right to it.

I had a defective floor nailer and took back to exchange and Ike and the other guy ( did not get his name) were very helpful and there was no hassle. They are great for the store. Thank you.

This is the best Home Depot in the area - always have what I need and the gardening section is great.

This store is really fun to shop at. Everytime I come in, I have such a great epxerience. They always have everything I need for the home. The associatess are pleasent as well. I will say that the prices are a little higher than the competition, but that will not deter me from coming back and shopping again!

We bought a dishwasher and paid the installation fee, but when the delivery team came to install the dishwasher they said they could not due to an issue with a pipe that would require a plumber to come in and check. But it was strange seeing as all they did was shine a flashlight under the sink and state that- because when we had a plumber come in a few days later we were told there was absolutely nothing wrong and that the dishwasher could have been installed. We decided to return the dishwasher (which was not with us nor installed) and the first associate was snarky but the second was very courteous.

Very well managed store. Staffs are very knowledgeable and courteous. Online order pick-up section is very well organized and helpful. Return section is very courteous, patient, and understanding. Great store and great management.

During our visit, we needed to purchase paint for several rooms in our home, including bedrooms, bathrooms, as well as the trim and ceilings in these locations. An associated named Geoffrey was exceptionally helpful in assisting me and my wife in locating the paints we needed and making up several gallons of paint for each of these rooms. Quite simply, an easy visit made better by an exceptional employee. Thanks

The store is clean, bright, and has ample parking and accessibility to the garden center for convenience in loading the car. Products were easy to find and the sales associates were helpful. The cashier was efficient and friendly. Home Depot is the place where I want to shop. The products are great and the prices are even better.

The store associates wee very friendly and helpful despite huge customer turnout on Memorial Day. They even helped load the lumber into the vehicle. A very pleasant experience overall .

My mom and I have redone our entire kitchen thanks to what is offered at the Home Depot. I like to research different products from different stores and have found Home Depot to have the best products at the best prices; therefore our fridge, dishwasher, and stove have all been bought there. It's surprising how often we need to go there to buy other materials as well. Very convenient, well-stocked place. Store associates are always courteous and friendly.

Tracy in the paint department just "Wowed" me with her customer service helpfulness and friendliness! I had a specific project need and Tracy stepped forward, seeing my confusion, and made suggestions more than I had anticipated. As someone who works in a service industry, and trains employees in customer service skill-sets, you have a gem in Tracy as an employee. Thank you, Home Depot, for my best shopping experience yet!

The store representative in the door department provided me with information on a storm door warranty for a Pella door I purchased at this store in the past. He contacted Pella on my behalf while I was in the store and proceeded to have Pella fax to the KOP store the warranty form for me to file a claim. He didn't have to do any of this for me; but he did!

I was completely satisfied with my visit and working with Joe B. in the appliance department. Joe was very professional and did an outstanding job of helping me purchase my new refrigerator. Thank you Joe for being so patient and thorough.

I came to Home Depot to buy organic soil for my raised garden beds on a busy Saturday AM. I was thrilled to have someone approach me to help very shortly after I arrived. Not only did this person guide me to the product I wanted, he brought over a cart, loaded it with my 9 large bags, pushed them to the cashier, and then to top it all of, he took the bags to my car and loaded them. What was initially a dreaded chore turned into a friendly and VERY helpful experience! Service like this is what I value and I could not have asked for more!
