Our washer broke down, and while we never look forward to having to buy new appliances, our sales representative at Home Depot made it easy and painless.

When I drove in to Kohler from Port Washington, I drove right up to the Garden Center, and picked up several bags of Scott's Garden Soil for a really good price, what a great deal. Not only was I impressed with the stock on hand, but when I walked up to the cashiers window, the associate was busily working. Looking up the associate had a very nice smile and was very willing to stop and assist me in purchasing the bags of Soil. Thank you Home Depot for employing smart, friendly, and helpful associates.

Found what I was looking forquickly and the sales associate was friendly and helpful, making my trip very fast and efficient!

The store associates are always friendly and willing to help. It seems like when I go to Menards some of the associates try to hide from customers vs help them.

I found that whatever I was purchasing was easily available. I also noted that there were floor associates whenever or if ever I needed them, readily handy. The cashiers were very pleasant and did not overly carry on a conversation. Everyone made me feel friendly and made me want to come back.

Thought I needed one thing but the help explained which product I really needed.He also explained why and how to use the product. And it worked. Treated me professionally.

I love shopping at Kohler Home Depot for the ease of it. Every question I have is always fully answered to the best of their ability, and always promptly. I like that I can be in and out of the store on my timeline, and that there is always a cashier open and available to me.

I had ordered 3 copper sinks online to see which one would fit/look best in the small counter we were installing in our bathroom remodel. I ordered specifically from Home Depot because the other local competitor (Menards) charged a restocking fee even if I returned their online purchase to their local store. I received all 3 sinks and chose the one that fit best . I then had the option to either send the other 2 sinks back via UPS (return shipping labels were even included w/our order), or taking them back to our local Home Depot store. I chose to take them back to the store. My return went flawless. Dana M. was not only friendly he was efficient and knowledgeable. It was a wonderful experience. Thank you .

The associates my husband and I dealt with are AWESOME! They were patient, answered all of our questions and guided us through the entire process. Beyond that, our project is coming in under budget too - woohoo!

THE STORE WAS VERY CLEAN, ACCESS TO MERCHANDISE EASILY ACCESSIBLE, HELPFUL ASSOCIATES, , QUALITY PRODUCTS, ALWAYS LEAVE WITH MORE THAN WE CAME FOR. HAVE PURCHASED APPLIANCES, CARPET, BUILDING SUPPLIES, SNOW BLOWER, LAWN AND GARDEN ITEMS, A HOST OF OTHER ITEMS.

Per usual.....for whatever item I need to purchase for a particular project that I'm working on at- the- time or just to purchase home-related supplies....HOME DEPOT IS MY "GO TO" STORE ;)

Cashier Megan is always very helpful with an extremely positive attituted. The store is always very clean and has the products that i am looking for, which makes for a quick and enjoyable shopping experiance. The store was filled with Christmas products. I needed an electrical cord and some electrical plugs. The young man who assisted me got me to the proper area and explained what would be the best product for my need. He also showed me where the Christmas things were located and what plug I needed. Very helpful. Unfortunately I did not his name, but he mentioned his father was an electrician.

Charles C, electrical manager, was beyond helpful to adapt what I needed to make my home safe. Paint department was swamped when I was there and the gentleman did his best to address my needs as well as 5-6 others on Sunday between 11:50-12:17 the Packer game.

I had bought an LG washer and dryer several years ago at the Home Depot. About a month ago my washer started on fire, yes the washer. I contacted LG on the issue and they weren't all too helpful even though the motor was under warranty. We reached out to Home Depot to see if they could also help us out in contacting LG to see if there was something more they could do as the retailer. Angie did so, which is good customer service in itself because she really didn't have to do that. In the end LG offered us a sum of money instead of replacing the unit like I thought they should have. We went to the store to shop for a new washer and Angie went way above and beyond to help make things right for us, even though it really was LG's responsibility. My new Whirlpool washing machine should be delivered next week. I'm not going to lie I usually go to Lowe's for my home improvement needs, because it is much closer to where I live, but Angie has definitely made it worth my while to now make the longer trip to make Home Depot my first stop for my home improvement needs. Also, on a side not I took my infant son into the bathroom to change his diaper and their bathrooms are amazing. Not just clean, but look much nicer than the average retail bathroom.
