Steve is very knowledgeable and helpful. Although the others in the paint department are also helpful, Steve just knows his craft and he will go above and beyond to help you get what you need. I’d definitely come back and look for him when I start my other projects. Thanks, Steve!

Love shopping at the Kohler Home Depot. Great location for me and plenty of parking. Found what I needed and was well priced.

Consistency is apparent throughout the store.

I needed water filters for my house system. I could not reach them but found John came around the corner, took them off the shelf and put them in my cart. Amy in Appliances helped me find a new refrigerator that would work with my physical handicaps. Karen helped with checkout. All associates were helpful and friendly! I appreciate that immensely! That's why I keep shopping at this store and tell my friends to do likewise.

I can't put my finger on just one thing. However, I have purchase electrical, and plumbing materials in the past months. Because of the knowledge of the employees, I appear to always purchase the correct part the first time, which save a lot from having to return something. Especially with gas pricing going up. Helps a lot.

Homedepot is one of my favorite stores. Up to date trendy products. Always helpful and friendly!

Nick in lumber was very helpful with cutting a piece of plywood for us.

Every time I have visited this store, it has been extremely easy to get help from an employee; they have always been friendly and eager to help. It appears very well managed and professionally staffed.

I bought some 1/2" OSB boards for a good price and had them cut to the size I wanted. Having these boards cut not only allowed me to get them into my car, they were also cut to the size I needed them to be at my house, so it saved me a lot of work.

Purchased several large home improvement items and all associated were extremely helpful with getting the items off shelves and with suggestions. Also helped with checkout and loading our large items. Great customer service! All without having to find or chase down an associate to help us.

Management and employees are not capable of listening, following procedures, or instructions. They are short tempered, careless, insulting. The do not know how to read their own receipts. If a college course was offered on deciphering HD receipts ,all would fail the course. My experience with hd procedures makes me think one guy must be running the whole company. And he has no time either. From top to bottom hd has an epidemic of problems. From not listening, poor procedures, poor training. They treat you like you somehow insulted them, the reply with snarky insultis, and could care less about the many problems that arise. Everything falls on deaf ears. Insults are free at hd. HD corporate must foster this toxic environment. Poor morale, employees who rush you like cattle. Have never had an experience that matched the hype of whatever world hd corporate is living in. 100% of the community would side with me if they saw the recording I have. HD is truly a disgusting operation. All of this overwhelmed me and I asked to sit down immediately because I had gotten sick and was passing out. I got extremely I'll and had to sit for over an hour on a electric scooter the store had. And at the end I was insulted and watched over by some thug who thought I was trying to pull a fast fraud on the store. HD Sheboygan a truly sick place. I feel sorry for the world these people create.

The Home Depot Kitchen and Bath Design Consultant was incredible to work with throughout the entire process. If you have a remodel, I'd highly recommend working with James to design your project and to order your cabinetry.

In search of a new washer and dryer…work with Linda Mentch at the Sheboygan location. Very knowledgeable and helpful!! Takes great pride in the work she does which isn’t easy to find these days. Very pleasant and friendly associate.

I needed help figuring how many bags of mulch needed and Ryan figured out exactly what I needed and went even further to call customer service to see if I could get this delivered. Natalie had an answer in a few minutes and checked me out at customer service. Great customer service that is so rare now days!

Always happy and friendly willing to help if I can’t find something

I shop regularly at this store even though a competitor's store is much closer to my house. The staff at this store provide extraordinary customer service. From the greeter at the entrance to the associate who offered to help me on my way out the door and everyone in between, they are helpful and friendly. When I was struggling to reach an item on a high shelf, an associate arrived within 15 seconds to help me.

Can never find anything, help is not available, checkout takes forever. Employees just sit and talk with each other.

Whenever I need help, someone is always willing and able. I often have unusual projects that need specific things that I don’t always know where to find or even what to call what I’m looking for. Staff are friendly and understanding and help me figure it out.

Returned a gift for store credit the whole process was easy. Made my next purchase with credit we’re both the employee Ron in the aisle and Sherrie were both very friendly and helpful. The experience went very well.
