I was boggled how friendly all the employees were. My return was handled quickly without fuss. I was offered a cart. I was given direction to find the items I needed. Clerks in the aisles greeted me. The woman who helped me when I couldn't scan one label was self assured and extremely polite.

If you have any questions or concerns on products that Home Depot has I recommend talking to Scott and or Michelle at the Pro Desk. They were both extremely helpful when I was purchasing my composite decking. Very helpful with the pros and cons, and just very knowledgeable on the product.They could answer all my questions on their own without having to ask other people just great people to work with. Thank you.

Clean store, easy to navigate/find what we need, great employees

Mary Tillman, Appliance Specialist, was knowledgeable and very helpful in my decision to purchase a new refrigerator from The Home Depot. She exceeded my expectations for what to expect from a big box retailer. She took a personal interest in what I needed, listened and took the time to find the refrigerator that I ultimately purchased. I was very pleased to have the opportunity to work with Mary. She is a terrific asset to The Home Depot!

The garden department, as I feel most of the other departments, must have retired professionals. They are so knowledgeable, and take the time to walk you through what to do to rectify the issue.

Love shopping here, but my one complaint is that there is NO conveyer belt to put your purchases up on!! These poor cashiers have to work out of the carts!! If it weren't for that, I would've given 5 stars, but you lose a star for that. Sorry

Best employees around, very friendly and helpful but the checkout lanes suck!!! No counter to put your purchases on to checkout, gotta try to talk and hear through a sheet of plexiglass, not good!!

Had a plumbing project and the gentleman in the plumbing department was very helpful. Checkout lane fast and friendly. She asked if she could check me out instead of telling me I could use a self checkout lane.

There was an associate close to the entrance that was able to direct me to the aisles I needed. There were associates throughout the store available to answer questions and assist me. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. I needed some extra assistance in the Plumbing/Hardware dept. and Ron went the extra mile to assist me. Not only did he find the additional parts that I needed, he showed me how to put them together. The store appeared to be well stocked and clean. I like shopping at the Koehler Home Depot Store because the associates are friendly, helpful, and available. They also give a military discount, which I really appreciate as well.

The Kohler Home Depot store is consistently my go-to-DIY store. I can bring a project idea to the attention of a department and before I can blink, I have the product in hand to be successful. The entire staff at The Home Depot (#4924) was outstanding. I drove 60 miles to get the product I needed and everyone delivered. Alissa, Craig and Melanie went above their duties to provide me with excellent customer service. I am so glad I made the trip to Kohler, WI. I'm sure I'll return some day because of Alissa, Craig and Melanie.

My visit to the Kohler Home Depot was once again outstanding. I was looking for a certain product and Patti started out the "investigation" at the checkout, Julie and Melinda followed through with my inquire of a product that the system stated 13 were in stock however, non were found on the shelf. It was then that these girls went into full investigation mode and were not to be defeated. Their persistence paid off as they contacted their back up man and presto Mike delivered.

All three outdoor garden employees were extremely helpful and friendly as I purchased my Christmas tree.

Sheboygan Home Depot is a great place to shop! Super friendly cashiers, and great tools!
