Compared to other Home Depot’s that I have been in this one is very clean and well organized.

I worked to get new appliances for one of our properties and worked with Linda who was great. She was extremely knowledgeable, was very patient with me, and all around pleasant to work with. I would specifically come back to buy appliances at this location because of the experience I had working with her. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE and I should know being that I work in customer service for my company.

Home Depot caused water damage in my house installing carpet and now will not even send someone out to look at it or even give me money for the carpet they installed incorrectly per their own contract.

Home Depot installers caused damage to my home and trying to get my money back for the damage or the materials and services provided has been a nightmare!

The store has many associates that are willing to help, and they know their products.

Every time l shop at this Home Depot l get the best assistance from the store associates. The store manager must be the driving force behind this consistent professional customer service. Thank you!

Everything and everyone is wonderful at the store. If I have a suggestion, please have a Home Depot truck at this location. They are wonderful for moving items without having the need to own a truck.

The sales associates are very courteous, knowledgeable and helpful! They take the time to make sure that you find what is needed and answer questions about the products that you have chosen. The store is very clean, easy to navigate and everything is well organized and stocked.

I went to pick up my patio door, the guy brought it to me and asked if I needed help loading it on my truck. I said yes and he walked outside. It confused me because he left me standing there. I took the door outside to my truck & he was out there smoking. I thought it was a D-bag move but I didn't say anything assuming he would help when he was done. I was getting ready then realized he had ghosted me. Not a word POOF gone. Luckily another customer came by and offered to help. He even said "they dont help you at home depot." I guess you got yourself a reputation & a pretty poor one. I'm going to have to be pretty desperate to go back there again.

My husband and I received wonderful help when looking for and finally purchasing a GE refrigerator at the Kohler Home Depot. Both salesmen (Bob and Shaun) were extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and they listened well to what we actually were looking for. A good experience-would highly recommend both store and these guys:)

This store is not only neat, clean, and organized, it has some of the most helpful and pleasant employees I've ever encountered.

Ken in the electrical dept was exceptionally helpful in explaining the different brands of "dimming" electrical switches.

We came in to buy a lawnmower and Ken was so helpful and friendly and guided us to a mower that we really like and has some features we didn't know were available, but that were very helpful to us.

I had the best visit to the Kohler store. It was the bright spot of my day. Everyone in the store was smiling and friendly. And, they were eager to help me! Service from two men in the molding area were very helpful. And, the cashier, Ashton, made my checkout experience easy. I typically shop at other home improvement stores. The Kohler Home Depot is my new favorite.

I have come into the store a couple times over the last couple days. Each time I was able to easily find an associate to answer all my questions. Each associate was very knowledgeable in the area I needed help in.

I was searching for an extra long shade with no cord. The employee, Bryan was super patient and helpful. I got what I needed thanks to his assistance.

One of the employees, sorry I didn't get his name, was very pleasantly willing to go quite a distance (didn't just check digitally on a device) to look for additional items to what was displayed. Didn't automatically say, "Only what's out," which is often the response in many stores to such a request. He was willing to take the time and go the distance to find out.

Steve, Nina, Bryan, and Brianna are knowledgeable, patient, and explain things really well. I always walk away feeling more informed on how to best tackle my projects.

Home Depot employees are knowledgeable in their products. For example, James Sukow, Design Consultant Flooring Specialist reviewed everything with me thoroughly before I made my cabinet purchase. Even after I purchase my cabinets, he assisted in trouble shooting an issue and helped me reconfigure the layout.

I had a return with a credit card purchase, but I cancelled the card because i could not set up auto pay. I may have entered my routing number wrong. Consequently, my purchase did not show up on my former credit card. Service resolved issue..

Time and again, I find the various department personnel at this Home Depot as comfortable and easy to communicate with, friendly, knowledgeable, patient with my many questions, and often volunteer tips about products. HD employee training must be good for this wide-spread excellence to be the case. I sense a genuine effort and caring attitude by employees. Home Depot is my go-to store of choice!

Needed sheet goods cut. Associate was eager to help, personable and genuinely happy to take care of my needs.

I bought 23 windows two weeks ago and Kevin helped me get through the whole process and did different estimates that would fit best my budget.

It's a crapshoot if you will have a good experience or not at this location. Sometimes there is good customer service other times not. This points to bad training of employees and poor leadership. Sometimes you are greeted and asked multiple times if you need help, other times eye contact is avoided & employees are obviously eager to get away from helping customers.
