You have friendly workers. the cashier Cassandra is always helpful and friendly. Your other cashiers could learn a there no or two from her.

I prefer shopping at this store much more than the ones in Oplika and Newnum. It is not only easier to get around, but the floor people are much more knowledgeable and friendly.

Very friendly store and very fresh plants for this time of year!! All Home Depots are not equal!! This one rates at the top of our lists of stores. Thank you LAGRANGE HOME DEPOT for great customer service!!

Good all around store, just had issues with appliance delivery. Their system is not so friendly to working people not able to be home during the week. This is not the employees fault, just the way Home Depot chose to operate.

Normally, I rated HD excellent! Last night was a nightmare. One employee in blinds was totally inattentive to me, after spending a few minutes with me, then his friends showed up, he literally turned his back on me and totally ignored me, when I had many questions left to ask him. I could not make a decision on product because employee was too busy chatting and laughing with his friends and ignoring me totally!!! All other areas/employees were exceptional, and might I mention Brandon from Lumber as a very helpful and went out of his way...as well as did Henry..these both were very helpful and located items I could not find by locating them personally. Thanks guys. But the guy in Blinds had no interest in me as a customer, he had more interest in his friends, and I normally don't do these reviews but I was so frustrated, I looked and looked for items because I could not keep his attention, and one area of his department, the merchandise was completely blocked with stacks of boxes of stock. I was so frustrated and after trying to find products, (I arrived at 9 pm), and it was almost closing time by the time I got finished and I should have been out of there in 30 minutes. I'm sorry, but there is no excuse for such poor lack of customer courtesy and such a cluttered area of the store. It's 18 hours later and I am still frustrated. I make no apologies, I should never have been treated in this unprofessional and inattentive manner by a HD employee. Thank You.

I went to this store looking for paint. The sales associate Tonya was the person to help me. She is awesome, knows what she is talking about, and is very helpful. Its nice to go to a store looking for something, you are helped with questions and a smile, the questions to make sure you have what you need, the friendly smile is just because she is a nice person, and get this... I went back on a different day for more paint and she remembered me, asked about my paint and project and assisted me again. This type of customer service will keep me coming to this store. I am a crafter and visit this store often. I am always amazed at the friendly and courteous employees and their helpfulness. I am always greeted with a smile and a cheerful offer of assistance.

We purchased a push lawnmower. Without being asked, one of the associates onlyred to help us load it but also brought us a push cart. When it was time to check out Brenda was very friendly when we applied for a Home Depot credit card. only

Very friendly and helpful staff. Store Associate John recently helped me with the purchase of an exterior door knob and offered to key it to match the front door lock, so I would be able to use the same key for both entrances. He has a terrific personality to match his knowledge and skill. It's my go-to store for anything to do with home improvement.

I like this store in comparison to other major home retailers as they are always appropriately staffed. You do not have to look to far to find a willing employee to either answer a question or help you find an item to solve your issue.

Great customer service. That is very hard to find these days. I will shop at this store for our building needs because we received such great customer service in the appliance dept.

I have been shopping at this HD for many years. I have seen much improvement, especially with speedier checkouts. Also the employees are friendlier than they used to be. Overall the store is generally clean and orderly, the stock is good, it's usually easy to find help when needed. I normally buy lumber and hardware and can usually be in and out in a reasonable length of time. The only thing I've noticed is that the prices on lumber seem to be almost identical to similar stores. Not sure why.

The store was mostly clean. But it seems like it's harder to find lumber with few knots, and sometimes there's damaged lumber. and it seems that you purchase lumber from more than one source because it seems that entire bundles of lumber now and then are of lesser quality. On rare occasions it's hard to find assistance. Some products, in my opinion are over priced. OVERALL, the employees are always courteous, attentive and helpful. Most of the time they are knowledgeable. It's usually easy to find what I need. You do have decent prices on the majority of products. I don't like that you sell cordless tools without the batteries then have to pay so much for the batteries. I enjoy my visits there, I'm at the HD about 2 days per week. Oh, and I wish you would have more sweepstakes, I need tools and supplies. :)

We love our Lagrange Home Depot! They always provide the products we are in search for, and the employees are always super friendly and helpful. We are frequent customers and we always have the best experience there. You can really tell the customers enjoy their job. Thank you Home Depot!

Fantastic service,friendly associates. Greg helped me with all materials I needed and even pushed the cart for me seeing as I had three children with me. Cashier Cassandra was an amazing help as well fast checkout and she was very kind.

I am satisfied with the LaGrange Home Depot in many ways. The only thing I feel it could do better at is have more employees working in the evening hours. When I go in during the day, there is always an employee nearby if I need assistance. However, if I need assistance in the evening hours, its really hard to find someone to help me.

I would say LaGrange store is the Friendliest store of all Home Depots I have visited.
