Barb made it a great shopping experience, That does not always happen at all Home Depot stores.

The store was very busy. I was helped right away and I was able to buy my item.

In a great location. They always have plenty of selections and are we'll priced. Their staff is ready and so willing to help you with a smile even behind that mask. Ilove this location and their team!!

A couple of excellent employees Bri and Mike from hardware but a lot of poor management. Eddie, Will, Alma all are very poor managers. I shop her multiple times a week and have seen how many problems there are here.

This store is always clean and well organized. The employees are helpful when you have a question and are always willing to put in the extra work to track down a product in store.

With Dawn assisting me in my purchases of potting soil and stones, she showed me some bird seed on sale. I gladly purchase that too!

If you are starting a DIY project that involves lumber in anyway. Do yourself a favor and ask for BRI!!! She knows everything and she is super fun to talk to. She has helped me nail so many projects pun intended ;)

STORE RAN OUT OF T-5 12" FLUORESCENT LIGHTING - CLEAR"

I went to pay for the item that another employee helped me find. The item scanned at almost double the price on the shelf & the cashier looked at me like I was crazy when I said the price was wrong. I went back to the shelf to take a picture of the price and he refused to adjust it. I needed the part, so I bought it, but I’m extremely disappointed with the service.

Mark in Millworks was an exceptional help for me today when shopping for Milgard windows. The store manager Mo was very attentive and helpful also. I’m thankful for such great help at our local Home Depot store. Thank you for being professional, Deane

The store employees show no respect for retired veterans and have very poor customer service.

Its a delight to go the the Home Depot in the Foothill Ranch. Good selection and always a deal to buy potting soil, gravel and plants.

Dawn in the garden dept. directed me to the location of the Whiskey Barrels. There is a gardening tip on Pinterest for growing herbs in clay pots and centering them in a whiskey barrel filled with small stones. Accomplished my "honey do" for my wife and the whiskey barrel is in the garden with clay pots for basil, parsley, oregano, lettuce and other herbs.

This store is always clean and the people are very polite and knowledgeable. Hire more people like the woman that runs the lumber department.

Best crew in OC, will be back to this store!
