Our store diverts waste from landfills by accepting rechargeable batteries, plastic plant pots, CFLs, and lead acid batteries for recycling.
This store recycles all shrink wrap, contributing to the 780 million pounds that The Home Depot has sold to Trex in the past. This is used for composite decking materials, bringing us one step closer to a circular economy.
We have decreased electricity consumption by over 52% in our U.S. stores since 2010.
The Home Depot's core values are based on doing the right thing for our associates and customers. This commitment extends beyond our stores to our local communities and the environment. We are your partners in environmental sustainability. Read more about our commitment to economic responsibility.
Welcome to the East Irvine Home Depot. We look forward to helping you start your next home improvement project.
No matter what home project you've taken on, we're here to help you finish it. From boilers to TV wall mounts, you'll find it on our shelves. Let our associates get you in and out, so you can get back to work. Find the right product using our Home Depot product locator app. It displays a store map so you can ensure the product is in stock and know exactly where to find it. You can even use the barcode lookup to find detailed information on every item we carry.
At The Home Depot, we value getting involved in our surrounding neighborhoods. We support our veterans and Woodbury Elementary School through our Team Depot projects.
You can find us north of the intersection of CA-133 and I-5, on the corner of Irvine Boulevard and Sand Caynon Boulevard, by Trader Joe's and HomeGoods. Stop by and see us today. Don't forget to browse the local ad before you arrive to know which items are on promotion.

Do you offer large outdoor Halloween decorations?
Yes, we carry many gigantic outdoor Halloween decorations, many of which are animatronics. Make your front yard the scariest in the neighborhood with giant Halloween decor options, including witches, skeletons, and dragons. Skelly, the 12-foot skeleton, and Dean the Deathologist, a dapper bartender, are two current favorites. Halloween inflatables are low-commitment decorations that make a high impact. Blow them up when you're ready to show your nighttime Halloween spirit and deflate them during the day.
Do I need a generator?
Having a generator means you're prepared year-round for any circumstances life throws at you. Whether dealing with strong winds, thunderstorms, or blizzards, a portable generator lets you enjoy electricity when the elements knock it out. When searching generators for sale, keep in mind that portable generators cost less and generate more electricity than inverter generators, but they're heavier and louder. For safety purposes, always run your generators outdoors, away from doors and windows.
What home repairs should I make before it gets cold?
Ready your home for winter weather by replacing or repairing broken parts of your home and hardscaping. If water freezes in any crevices, you could be in for major repairs later. Check brick and cinder blocks for cracks, and verify indoor ceiling tiles are free from missing pieces and water damage. On the outside of your home, examine metal roofs or roofing shingles for rust or damage that could let water in. Gutters should be cleaned to prevent ice dams. Lastly, swap out vinyl siding and chimney caps if they're damaged.
How can I make more space for the holidays?
As you prepare for the holidays, stow unused items to free up space. Garage cabinets keep tools, decorations, and more out of the way. Shoe storage and other storage bins remove summer belongings from the equation. Shield fragile items with moving blankets. If you need even more room, a new shed can give you the space you've been waiting for.
How do I check the balance of my Home Depot gift card?
Home Depot gift cards are an excellent choice for housewarming parties, birthdays, and the holidays. DIYers know these gift cards are fun to receive and to give. They can be purchased at our stores or online at homedepot.com. If you're a recipient, you can check your gift card balance online or visit the East Irvine Home Depot and ask a cashier to check the balance for you. Our gift cards can be used to make purchases online or redeemed in-store with no additional fees.
