Dennis was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful and patient, answering all of our questions about the refrigerators and helping us place the order.

After getting different information about how to get paint off our driveway & nearly strangling each other out of frustration our last resort was a pressure washer. Ken in tool rental really helped us relax & suggested simple green & pressure washer. After trying multiple things this was the first to work! He really saved our butts & possibly our relationship, haha. Thank you so much Ken. Definitely coming back in the future!

Help are scarse and the ones by cash register can't leave their position to help, so it's hunting for someone available, a challenge!

We have made many recent purchases to upgrade our recent home purchase. Kathleen in flooring has been a great help. Roberta at returns always has a smile on her face. Cynthia helped us with patio furniture and went above and beyond to locate all the boxes for our dining set because one was hiding. Thanks to all of you for genuinely caring about the customer.

The associate that attended to us did so with as much genuine interest in our requirements as my dad, with patience and a good sense of humor. By the time we were done, we bought a fridge, a stove, a washing machine & dryer, a dishwasher and a microwave oven.

Ms. Price in Kitchen Design was amazing at assisting us with our granite countertops, sinks and appliances. What my wife and I dreaded became a complete joy. Can't wait to see the finished kitchen!

If you know what you want and it's on the shelf and you can find it, that's good. If you don't, beware the rude employees and inattentive people near the front door when you walk in looking for someone to help answer your questions.

Maria assisted us and she was OUTSTANDING. Your stock on a particular item was low, so she took over and arranged for someone to pickup more from a local branch, and deliver to our home along with the grill we had purchased. Everything was flawless, thanks to her. Matt delivered and was very friendly and helpful. He refused my tip, and said it was his pleasure.

The service I received this time. I was approched by an associate that saw me trying to find an item. His name was Greg in the paint department. The shelf was out of what I needed and he went out of his way to find the item. His costomer service was excellent.

Wendy in the Paint Department was wonderful! She took extra time to help me, actually knew what Plaster of Paris was (I was sent all over the store by several associates, only two people in the store seemed to know what it was). Wendy's level of service was similar to what I received from Nordstroms 20 years ago!

I received immediate help from someone who was very knowledge about the actual products I was looking at. He was able to make recommends and why one product was better than another and for the use I needed.

The customer service desk solved my problem giving me great relief. All store associates greeted me in a kind and friendly manner.

I visit the Home Depot a couple of times per month. My experiences with this store have always been good. The store personnel are very helpful and the selection of products is enormous.

Good luck finding anyone to help you, but if you can find anyone, they are knowledgeable at least.

My lady and I had a list of home upkeep items. We stopped by on a weekend afternoon and were able to get what we needed and shop leisurely in the garden section. The nice weather and coming spring inspired us to buy some plants for our garden. It was peaceful and relaxing and a beautiful place to spend some time. We bought some flowers and vegetable plants and the prices were awesome! Thanks Home Depot.
