The pro desk at lakeline is the reason I go to lakeline. Monica and Jay are definitely my favorites. Informative, efficient, and professional every time. They are my go to’s.

I really appreciate the pro desk at the Lakeline store. The morning crew rocks. They are efficient. They are professional. They are knowledgeable. Jay and Monica are my go to pros. If they don’t have the answers to my questions, they always lead me to a source that can.

I had to replace the wall oven when it stopped heating and the Appliance Specialist, Lonnie Tyson was most helpful in getting the oven ordered and installed. The other appliance stores were not as interested in helping me because the oven that I wanted was in their instore local inventory.

A cashier named BJ. older indian guy. Super friendly and helpful. He always greets me and asks how I'm doing if he's there when I'm there. Once I was a about $5 bucks short on a $350-400 cart and was asking him to remove some items. He said hold on and grabbed a floor manager. He told him I had spent thousands at home Depot in the last several months and that's just what he knows of and asked if I could have a discount. The manager gave me 10 or 15% of my cart.. this helped me in so many ways at a time when I desperately needed it (sole. Care taker of my wife with cancer and breadwinner..) So yeah to whoever sees this please give that guy a raise and thank that manager.

Employees at this location are more attentive to the customers and are knowledgeable about the products and locations of them. Even the lot loader is courteous and friendly. He is also very helpful.

Jessica was amazing and was vital in planning our kitchen!

If you are in need of a new appliance ask for Lonnie to help you. He answered all questions and made recommendations for our purchase. We will definitely seek Lonnie's expertise on our future purchases.

bought a new dishwasher with full delvery install and warranty promised call in 48 hours to install waitd more than 2 weeks before contact followup bad subs to install on if they followup HD cant call back i called everyday for 2 weeks to please install not again SS. 78717 why use them again to much pain

I was very impressed with the store in its very clean, and organized appearance. The gardening parts that I needed offered many options, such as brand names, and was very well stocked. I liked the presence of store personnel nearby, if I had any questions. I also liked that they did not hover around me asking every five or 10 minutes “if they could help”. Overall, I had a pleasant experience at the store and will definitely return in the future.

I frequent this store as a builder seeking materials on a multiple times daily basis some weeks. Always friendly staff and convenient self checkouts.

I had a question about an online order. Went to the customer service desk and the manager helped me ensure my order was correct. Also helped me find a few things in the store too. He was very helpful and patient with my questions.

Lakeline Home Depot is my go-to for special projects and general home related repairs. Customer service is excellent and employees are very helpful.

My wife and I went in to purchase a high end dishwasher and refrigerator based on Home Depot’s advertised delivery dates. We made the purchase and locked in the following Friday as the delivery date. We paid in advanced to have our old dishwasher hauled away and were told we need to have it uninstalled when the delivery arrived which could be between 7am-7pm. The afternoon before delivery, we were notified that the delivery date was pushing out a week to the day after Christmas. No one called us to select an alternative date, we were just informed by text and email. At this point I had already taken off a day from work to be there for the delivery and already paid to have our dishwasher uninstalled. We also had travel plans during Christmas week as most families do so were unable to accept the rescheduled date. What a cluster. I have purchased my last appliance from Home Depot. They blamed their delivery company and claimed it was not their fault. I purchased the product from Home Depot. They should stand behind their commitment and at least call their impacted customers to figure about the best solution.

Stopped in the Lakeline Home Depot to get paint for a home project. Justin is probably the most knowledgeable and customer oriented employee that I have ever had the pleasure to meet.

The lakeline home Depot was very clean and had the Shell stock and everybody was very helpful give them two thumbs up

They make sure during the morning or whenever time of day it is, they get me and the other contractors cheeked out fast. They will open up extra lines when they get slammed. If the pro- guys aren't busy with phone sales, they send the over flow over there. Just wanted to say thanks I noticed the great service. Ken's Maintenance

I purchased a Ridgid battery operated inflator for my Toyota Tacoma TRD.

This store has the most friendly and knowledgeable employees. They were all so very helpful. We didn't have to go searching aisles for someone to help us out!
