One of the biggest reasons why we give this store a 5 Star rating is the excellent customer service they provide. They treat everyone the same, with a positive attitude and friendly smile. I can always find a staff member to assist me. Most of the time a staff member on the floor asks me if I need assistance so there’s really no need for looking, THEY come to YOU! The Returns/Exchange is extremely easy and quick. Lost your receipt? No problem! They can look up your transaction with the credit card you used. I’ve never encountered any issues at this Home Depot.

Theresa went above and beyond to help me with a in-store credit issue. I can't thank her enough for providing a solution to my problem. The store almost always have whatever I need in stock and they are very helpful in finding items I want. Checkout is easy and employees are helpful in helping me load heavy items.

This is my favorite home depot. If you need anything paint related, look for Pat. He is the funniest and most knowledgeable person I have met with regards to paint. Everyone here is awesome, great store and such fast service

Return a box load of items from remodeling. Store employee helped me unpack, sorted out some items that we not Home Depot (with NO attidude) and then helped me tape up my old box. Very pleasant, courteous demeanor.

Store is well stocked, the help is great, employees are nice and patient. I can get in and get out quickly, Parking is not bad, and they just about have everything you could need.

Hopefully if you enter into this location, the item on sale will ring up for the discounted price. Otherwise, you will be forced out of the only, long line - told to take a photo, come back and wait again only to be told sorry you're wrong. The manager will not come out and discuss the situation, nor will they call you back to discuss the horrid experiences.

If you need any appliance go see Jim Paulk. He is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I have bought several appliances from home depot and each time he has helped us. I will continue to buy them because of him.

Very easy to identify and find products on shelfs. People are very knowledgeable, friendly and polite. The store is very clean, bright and very pleasant AC temperature inside whole store.

The store had both the products that I was looking for. The store was clean and organized. All the employees I encountered were very helpful and friendly. B.J., the cashier was exceptional.

All associates at this store have always been extremely friendly and helpful in attending to my needs and purchases. The store is well organized and products are easy to find by aisle markers. This is a model store of a way a sore should be run.

Excellent customer service

Stopped in this store while running errands even though it's not the closest to my home. Had several questions and Steve in Hardware went above and beyond to answer each one, suggest items better suited to my needs, and show me where they were located. Got to checkout and Michele & Mason were very helpful in ringing up many items (large & small), reminding me to submit registrations for warranties, and offering assistance out to my vehicle. Best service we've had at Home Depot in 30 years, I'll go out of my way to shop at this location again, superb customer service!

Excellent Customer Service!

The employees are very helpful and know their products and locations in the store. We have recently done a Project Loan with Home Depot and Sharazade at the Customer Service desk was just absolutely wonderful with helping us go thru the process. Michele today was extremely helpful in helping us get a promotional purchase added to our account. Home Depot should be very proud of their employees.

I drive a little farther just to frequent this store. The reason is mainly due to a staff that is pleasant, knowledgeable, and available! I also appreciate the superb garden department!. This store is clean, well stocked, and the only change I could recommend would be relocation of the public restrooms closer to the front.

We use a variety of things including, bird feeders, birdseed, runner, plywood board, and tools. This is my home store, so I find it easy to locate all kinds of products. Since I am in a wheelchair , being able to find products quickly is a plus. The store staff take good care of me whenever I come!

If there is any one thing that would make me NOT come to the lakeline store its the self serve checkouts. I HATE these in all store, not just HD. I go out of my way to use a human being. Curses to your management for putting these in and laying off people.
