This is the location closest to my house and it also happens to be the one I've never had an issue with long lines or over crowding. Both checkout and returns are pretty quick. On my last visit I was helped by an lady named Donna who was courteous and friendly and helped me with what I needed right away.

Sometimes it's ok and sometimes it's not. For the most part it's ok. I do miss the human contact at the check out line.

Renting the cellulose blower from Home Depot is extremely inefficient. Required 4 hrs to blow 10 bags. I ordered 57. After 17+ hrs I finished. Completely negating the "free 24 hr" use of the blower.

Home Depot almost always has what I am looking for or can get it for me. It is not hard to find an employee and they are always friendly and willing to help.

Many great Home Depots in the metro Denver, Lakewood area. This Home Depot 1514 is the worst. Always ignored by associates. Only go to here in time desperation. It's the closest to where I live. Always frustrated and disappointed there.

Bought a left hand casement window hardware it was over $70. Got home and found them on-line for about $30... so ordered on-line and with shipping saved over $20.

I moved recently and am of equal distance between my old store and this one. I find myself at this one, more frequently because I find the people more helpful and available.

I got to wonder who is going to shoplift a weed hacker. Super annoying to stand around waiting for a clerk so I can check a detail on a box.

I was able to find what I need and they were very helpful.

Very good selection of refrigerators to choose from Only wish they were in stock so I could have same day delivery. Very good quality & Name Brands Super Sales person (Keith)!!

Cut some trim to length and told the clerk the lengths when I checked out. He said he had to measure each one and enter them. He didn’t dispute the length I told him but before I paid I noticed he added an inch to each one. I had to show him the correct length for each one with my tape measure while he changed them. All while People had to wait. Two other times I had to go over the weekend the store was out of stock of items listed in stock online.

the store had everything i needed for my work; checkout was a surprise because the woman was so nice and pleasant to talk to.

I received great customer service at the refund desk. I have limited mobility and the associate at the desk was polite and helpful. She allowed me to make my purchases at that end of the store. A young man helped me out to my car with my purchases. He was thoughtful, pleasant and helpful. I purchased gardening supplies and plants

This time around the "customer service" was non-existent... see commnets in survey.

I feel theatened with the individuals hanging around at the entrance and exit. This needs to be resolved to make my visits to this location safe.

I asked where item was they said don’t know went back to work having there personal conversation. I went to checkout asked lady she looked up item showed me on her hand gadget. Sent me to isle and bay . Bam there it was .

I was able to find what I needed with the help of good customer service and was in and out in no time!

I used to work at home depot and one of the things that were embedded in us was to greet every customer even if it wasn't your department. I still can not believe how far it has fallen when it comes to customer service, but it seems like there are still some out there who will go out of their way to help the customer.

We always find what we need at this Home Depot. The products that we need are always in stock. We can always find a store employee to assist us when needed.

I bought 4 Kohler toilets at this store and needed help in getting these on a high up shelf. I got the person to get a special heavy duty lift machine to get them down. The front checkout people were great. When I was ready to put these into my car, someone helped with that too!

Unlike my local HD on west Colfax in Lakewood, this store on Alameda has a parking lot that was not designed by someone who hates cars and trucks. You can actually park here.

I would really to see the day laborers removed from the parking lot, I get harassed every time I go. I would also like the loading area be restricted to loading and not parking, sometimes it's really difficult to navigate a load of lumber out the door

I needed to ask five people for help because we l was in five different areas. All employees did there very best to help. Some are very new to the whole experience of building materials, how to, etc. So please show them that you can teach them about the project you are working on, if you have time of course.

I frequently visit this store throughout the year. Customer service doesn't disappoint.

This was the worst shopping experience. I've had in awhile. nobody wanted to help me. The cashier was more concerned with discussing video games with his buddy. Then checking me out of the line. If Home Depot has customer service classes, all the employees that worked on Sunday April 29th. needs to attend.

I brought a G E washer machine form this store. It works well.

I purchased a Bissell vacuum. It only lasted through two vacuums at my house when the belt broke. I purchased a new Hoover because I had had one for nine years earlier with no problems.

I usually shop here between 8-12 and when I go in later it seems like the employees don’t want to help. Not the case today. A couple employees really went above and beyond, from helping me get the heavy items off the shelf and then also into my truck.kris and drew awesome customer service!
