Good service after we found an employee to help us.

The stuff on prodesk are friendly and helpfull, highly recomended

This is the Home Depot that is in the most convenient location for me. Employees at this store have always been courteous, as prompt as possible, and either very knowledgable or willing to get some knowledgable. I am a fan of this store's personnel. The store has usually had what I needed stocked abundantly with the very rare exception being on seasonal items. If tasked with finding something to criticize here the only thing I can come up with is that seasonal items are sometimes moved out a little too early but even them I can't honestly call it any kind of problem or issue. I appreciate this store, it's management, and its staff.

I was particularly impressed with two employees in plumbing, namely Nicole and Nick. Nicole was particularly knowledgeable in picking out and lining up just what I needed to repair the plumbing beneath my concrete washtub connected to a vent pipe. Apparently she was trained by a master plumber, and it shows. Those at the Bear Valley store are mere stock boys by comparison, recommending materials I purchased and had to return -- every item, unfortunately. The manager at the Lakewood store has a real gem in Nicole, and Nick too.

Friendly service and knowledgeable staff. Only complaint I have is that no one takes responsibility for the outages, most likely from theft. The hardware (bolts, nuts and screws) is in such disarray that you have to dig through the bins and double check to assure accuracy. Feel free to contact me for resolution. I have dealt with these issues most of my life and resolve this issues easily. Inventory control specialist.

We used to live near Alameda and 1st Ave. from 1993 until 2012. I've shopped at this store until since it opened. We moved to near Kipling and Alameda in 2012 and I continue to shop at this store. The store has everything that I need for home improvement projects. The store is clean and well stocked. The staff are friendly and helpful. Thanks

They always have enough supplies and are helpful

Horrible customer service. Staff members you and rarely ask if you need help. Then when you seek them out the response is typically, "This is not my department!". Pathetic!

Need a Dewalt Sliding Miter Saw that was on sale. Marcus helped me load it on to the cart. Marcus then checked me out and mention that there was a promotion if i got a Home Depot Card. Marcus also summoned a lot guy to help me load say in vehicle. A perfect buying experience. Thank You!!!

The rental department sucks and they like to argue with you about how their crappy equipment works when it doesn’t and the best part they still want to charge for it.

Well this is my 3rd bad experience at this store in about 15 years 2 x with delivery's 1 time locating item's,I guess i was due cant be great all the time (LOL) ,I'm sure i will still shop at this location.

I visit this store often. The only thing I wish there were more sales associates on the floor. I know where most items are in the store but wish there was a better directory. Sometimes I walk too far to find out what I wanted is on the other side of the store.

Was very pleased with my shopping experience. Employee Doug was very knowledgeable, friendly, and pleasant.

On a Saturday afternoon, hard to find any help within the store and once I had my item, all the cashier lines were closed forcing a long line of customers through self-checkout which I refuse to do! Ultimately moved down to the contractor section which also had lines but got in before they closed that register...

Louisa in paint and Carina in customer service are unfriendly, unhelpful and have poor customer service skills, if any.

This store has convenient and accessible bike parking at the front door!
