Store is always clean and well stocked. Employees are very friendly and helpful. We always shop at Home Depot.

Everybody appeared to be happy and were all very helpful.

I contracted for flooring measurement services at a date twelve days in the future (when Home Depot technicians were available). The contract stated that Home Depot would call between 7am and 9am on that day to schedule the approximate arrival time. I drove 300 miles to be available and at the work site on the contracted date. I did not receive a phone call in the timeframe indicated in the contract. I spent more than 2 hours making phone calls and speaking with unhelpful and curt Home Depot employees at 800 numbers and at the local store where the service was purchased. No one was interested in providing help. I got passed from Installation Services to the Local Store where the purchase was made to Customer Care (they don't), and dealt with senior management at each level. I was told the District Manager would be advised and that I could (not would) receive a call in 48 hours. I see no reason to continue shopping with a company that cares so little how poorly they perform.

Jason, our cashier, was very friendly with a great sense of humor and customer service mentality.

My cashier was Maria, who was very good & friendly. I recruited a guy to cut some plywood for me. The guy who did the job seemed to be the low man on the totem pole among the threesome of employees. At least he did the job, but he was obviously not thrilled with making the total of 16 cuts on the 8 sheets.

Customer service counter never sufficiently staffed. Always an extended wait.

The associate who greeted me and checked me out was named Jason. Incredibly friendly guy with great customer service skills. It's not often I brag to my friends about awesome customer service because it can be hard to come by these days. He genuinely made me feel like a top notch guest, never felt like a customer, and I was just there picking up some firewood. So to Jason... This is me using a quarter to call someone who cares. Thanks again.

Awesome Employees Helpful Smile on Every Isle - just like Hy-vee

I have never walked into Home Depot without being greeted by an employee who has remembered me since my first day of their help—fantastic stuff, building, and merchandise.

I needed help finding a portable grill that would work for me and a sales associate helped me find just was I needed in a very timely manner.

Lee Ann is awesome and the pro desk is best around. Usually don’t have a problem finding someone to give me a helping hand. This is how a store should be ran

I had several projects that I needed items for. There was plenty of helpful staff in all areas, waiting to answer my questions and point me in the right directions.

Had a pleasant trip like always. Had a problem with the cashier wanting to be on his phone infront of customers. Seem to have been texting someone or something. Not sure what store policy is so I won't name drop people.

I was there today, clean store got everything I needed, and was helped by a great guy named Ryan, he was very friendly and helpful.

Had to find some hardware for our swimming pool. Found everything I needed in 1 trip. Very helpful staff and is always a pleasure shopping here.

Clarence, Appliance Specialist, went out of his way to take all the time necessary to help me understand and find a solution to an urgent and distressing problem concerning a unique home situation. The other employees were also positive and helpful. Compared to other stores, the service I received at Home Depot was outstanding.

If there were a fire in one of these stores it would be impossible for everyone to get out because of all of the merchandise displays at the front of the store.

I am a frequent customer at this location and do not have anything negative to say. I am always greeted at the door and asked multiple times if there is anything in particular, I am looking for, and they always get me there quickly.

Clarence Rohrbaugh did a great job helping us exchange our dryer.

We came in to purchase a stove, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher and Bryce was fantastic. He was knowledgable with about brands and the logistics of receiving our appliances. We're appreciative of his great customer service and professionalism. Thanks, Bryce! We will be back.

The store representative at the Lawrence Home Depot did a fantastic job in helping me to review the options in store of the appliance for what I needed for my home space and also I was able to get a reasonable price for my purchase.

I’ve never been in so many empty isles that one person Hass to come down as soon as I get there just to walk right up next to me and almost bumped me employees included. I stay 6 feet from everybody because I don’t want to get sick not because I want other people to get close to me.
