Home Depot may not be your best choice. Are used to enjoy shopping at Home Depot until they made me download their app and use a special whatever it’s called to check out for my military discount. I’m a 71-year-old disabled Vietnam veteran and I detest smart phones and cell phones. I am a quill and ink person in a digital world. Lowe’s, Sutherlands, Comanche lumber all they need is my phone number they punch it in and it comes up with my military discount and sales tax exemption. Personally I’m too old for all this BS. If you think it’s worth it go right ahead.

I went to Home Depot Wednesday with a complicated purchase for our school's upcoming play. The staff, especially Gabrielle and Rose, reduced the stress related to this visit to 0 AND had me smiling ear-to-ear when I left. I hate feeling like I've wasted time shopping, and with a tight play schedule, I can't afford it. These ladies handled the online element, the in-store element and the future pick-up with speed and care. They anticipated my needs, found my materials and promptly rounded up help to load it. Employees like this make all the difference, and the ease of the experience will make me choose Home Depot every. single.time. PLUS I came out under budget because the prices were so great! Home Depot made my whole afternoon better.

This is the best Home Depot I’ve ever been to nationwide! Karribean at the front, Gerald at reruns, and Bobby in paint were all so helpful and friendly. As soon as I walked in Karibbean was quick to ask me if I need help finding where to go and very sweet and sociable, then when I went to paint department Bobby was super helpful finding the right paint for me and extremely attentive, and when I went to check out Gerald was immediate to call me over and ring me up being very kind and friendly. I’m very impressed with this staff at this Home Depot!

Everyone was professional l and courteous.

I had brought a few cans of older paint with the hopes that it could be matched. I went to another hardware department store, and was told it couldn't be done. However, when I went to the Lawton Home Depot they said they would certainly give it a try! And they did it, and they matched it perfectly!!!

Our cashier Valerie was very friendly and provided excellent customer service. She always has a smile and a positive attitude. This is the kind of friendly customer service that keeps me coming back. I also appreciate the 10% military discount.

Always great customer service at this Lawton, OK location. I also appreciate the military discount. I would like to see this Home Depot location add Purple Heart/Combat Wounded parking spaces in their parking lot. I can provide them for free to the store manager.

Always a great experience at this location. The employees are great and I really appreciate the military discount. Our cashier Zara was very friendly and provided excellent customer service. She smiled at was very polite. This kind of customer focused service will keep me coming back every time.

This store is okay but never have anyone to help customers in Lawn in garden nor in the store. No help at all! So sad for a big company like Home Depot!

At this store it’s never anyone to help in the Lawn and Garden! No one knows anything about the products in Lawn Garden and it’s never anyone available nor care about assisting the customers!

The store was neat and orderly and the service was extremely professional tendered by the store associate. Mr. Vershawn.

Nobody helped us in two different parts of the store . I had to load everything because my husband is a disabled vet an after 6 associates could of helped they just ignored us.

Our cashier Sheryl was very friendly. We purchased a riding lawn mower and a utility trailer to pull it. Everyone involved in the process was amazing. They ensured the mower was working well and showed me how to use it. They also assisted getting the trailer prepared. Excellent customer service. This will keep me coming back every time!!!

I appreciate the wonderful friendly customer service provided by our cashier Haylee. This young lady had a positive attitude, made eye contact and had a smile on her face. She thanked us for our purchase and asked if we needed assistance loading everything in out vehicle. She is a gold standard type of employee that will have a positive influence on customers and other employees. With customer service hard to come by these days this employee should be rewarded for her work ethic.

Always great experience at this location. Friendly customer service with a smile. I do feel the in-store mask mandate needs to be changed. Its been a year and if we do not get a few businesses to take a stand we will be wearing mask forever. Not my idea of fun.

I been doing business here for sometime. I’m mother and I I’m involved in lot of sports and activities with them. When we have projects to do that benefits the teams the kids or schools. This store have been the most generous and helping out our little projects. Thank you for giving back to the community. I think my five stars cover all the review guidelines.

It was a wonderful young woman named Rose she was so helpful. She helped me with a my purchase and was really kind and nice and knowledgeable. I wish they were all like her.

The Lawton is always very clean. All of the employees were very friendly. Our interaction was with “Doors” section. The sales person “MSM8TL” was helpful from the beginning last Friday until the completion of the sale today. She was very helpful telling us which door and screen door is best. The fact that she knows the product is remarkable.

I have always had a good experience at this Lawton, Oklahoma Home Depot . Great customer service and very military and veteran friendly. I appreciate the military discount. I only use this location to buy my Home improvement needs. I would love to donate three Purple Heart/Combat Wounded parking signs to this Home Depot location. Lawton is a very veteran friendly town and this would show that Home Depot, Lawton supports its veterans.

I have always enjoyed shopping at Home Depot. I buy many items on a regular basis there. The Employee's have always helped me find and or locate what I was looking for.
