I have only used it a few times, but I have needed to use it several times in the last month. I needed a specific color to touch up some items that I have and they were able to scan the color with the Behr scanner and they gave me samples of paint that worked perfectly. In another situation, the paint department worker helped me find the exact color to repaint something that got scuffed up.

I needed Drano kitchen granules, which had worked very well when I had standing water in my sink. Instead, I bought crystal lye drain opener, and it was bad. I’m not sure if the Drano kitchen granules has lye in it, but my sink definitely did not like the crystal lye cack. So I bought a double pack of Drano Max gel and that cleared out my drain beautifully.

Indoors or outdoors this store has a multitude of plants! I found these three beauties after looking at quite a few.

I bought a bug killer for my avocado tree which was sapose to be for flowers and shrubs. The lady told me to buy it and the spray killed my avocado tree. I have my pictures on Yelp. I think the company owes me a tree

I came to Home Depot looking for Poly foam caulk Saver I had asked 2 employees if they can help me find this items, the first employee referred me to another employee that employee referred me to aisle 24 I looked at aisle 24 did not see the item I was gonna give up until I asked one more employee as I was walking out, employees name Rose or Rosie she was cheerful and helpful and knew exactly where to go to get it. She asked me if I needed help, then proceeded to help me get the door threshold and door sweeper oh and new mailbox numbers.

Safe location. Superior service. Bilingual and well trained, crossing over to hand off customers to the correct department to help.

Always come here unless working far from it

Lemon Grove is a WONDERFUL example of Leadership and TEAM Spirit!!! A great experience every time we visit on our rental property needs and home needs. We so appreciate the help desk team, the return desk team and the cashiers who are some of the nicest warmest people ever!!!! What great leadership

The associates are always helpful and knowledgeable.

If you need anything for your project its probably there but you better know where to find it and have no questions. Otherwise you will be on the store walking around aimlessly while associated dodge you to avoid helping you. Where have the days gone that you should help the customer before doing task like stocking or running go backs and HELP THE CUSTOMER. Corporate needs to remember where resources should be placed and retrain employees with what Customer Service means.

They have most of the tools and rental services Home Depot can offer. There are some larger Home Depot stores but this one is often sufficient for most DIY projects.

I buy 10 bags of the polished black garden rocks every time I visit Home Depot for the last five years. I have to buy in small batches because of the weight it adds to my car. This time the manufacture pulled a dishonest fast one. The rocks look like dirty DULL crumbled pieces of charcoal. ZERO SHINE like previous bags and many small crumbled pieces. Because of the opaque plastic, you can't detect the deception. As a 79 female it was hard enough lifting all the bags into cart and then my car. There is no way I can return and get the rocks back into the bags. Very disappointing at $14 per bag= $140 However, I will still go back because I don't think H D probably knew what the manufacture did. I also appreciate the military discount for my husband's service in 2 duties of Vietnam war.

Associate knew her system very well

I have built outdoor furniture; fencing, and a flower garden area in my backyard. All items we're purchased from Home Depot with their excellent selection and variety of items.

I go to home Depot for the Ryobi tools and anything else I need. They're close they allow returns if I screw up and the prices are pretty good.

Lemon Grive Home Depot is my go to when buying stuff for my rentals. Customer service is always great and they offer great deals.

This facility is one of the busiest Home Depot’s I have ever seen. I don’t know if it’s the location or what but it can be packed. With that said, the process of getting into the parking lot can be hazardous for both drivers and pedestrians. To make it worse, there is far too much product in front and vehicles loading, there is no safe place to walk except in the road, stopping or hindering the traffic flow. Everything else is just outstanding, employees are great. Thank you

I purchased all the supplies to have my roof re done and the product never arrived because HD never sent order to the supplier creating a mess on my schedule and forced me to rush to find another supplier that had the supplies delivered the next day. Before the rain. Manager at the store told me that was nothing they can do .
