the customer service I received was outstanding, the store was neat and easy to navigate to the department I needed.

We came to this location looking for concrete garage sealer. We were able to locate a store associate fairly quickly. They recommended two products to us and were knowledgeable about the products. We used self check out so did not interact with a cashier but this caused us to get in, get what we needed, and get out! Good store experience this time and we'll be back!

Since we also shop at Lowe's and Lowe's has a very similar shopping experience and selection of products to Home Depot, we came to Home Depot this time because we had a coupon and two gift cards. Otherwise Lowe's is usually preferred because we get 5% off every time when we use our Lowe's charge. The Garden center was packed this day at Home Depot and could have used some extra employees. Whenever you do get an employee they are very friendly and helpful though. My experience at this store has always been OK to Good, but we always go back because the selection of products is great and the Leominster location is convenient.

The employees at our Home Depot are the best. They really enjoy their job and love helping. If they don't know something they are quick to call another associate to assist. Our associates were the most friendly and helpful. Thank you

My experience with home depot has been very good, pleasant, and helpful. During my search to purchase and install a new carpet for my renting townhouse that was shattered by my tenant. The assistant at the home depot Ms. Linda was an excellent councilor and expect in the process of selection, purchase and installation process description and contact information of the company who will install the new carpet. Her confidence in the carpet installation knowledge, help me to select the perfect carpet for a renting property. Because her professionalism and human touch, I am happy to consider home depot my favorite hardware store. Thanks for your great staff

Shopping at a busy time of day I expected to wait in line (which I hate!). Trying to decide which lane might go the fastest I saw the self check out. Boom...Done. Yay for self check out!!!

I came in for electrical supplies and remembered; My wife had been asking me to look into water filters . My water filter question was answered that day . Now its safe to go home.

Plenty of associates to help with your questions. Very helpful. Paint department associates helped with my questions about paint etc.

William was AMAZING! Offered to help us load our car of our very heavy tiles we purchased without being asked. Very polite and and helpful. Nancy rang us out and was very knowledgeable about all the financing options and reward programs you have. Rob helped me locate everything I needed to start my home renovation. I also worked with another gentlemen in the tile section (sorry I forgot your name) who though was very busy continually stopped and answered my questions and gave helpful advice.

I purchased several gallons of paint and painting supplies. The sales associate was very knowledgeable and helpful. I did not feel rushed. She spent as much time with me as I needed. The Glidden paints are awesome to work with.

Working with local utilities to make LED bulbs and Fixtures available is a major bonus. Many different options to choose from made this worth the visit. The two for $14.00 fixtures are a great value.

Mr Roy was very helpful in helping me to create a Bird Seed supply station for my 82 year old Mother in-law. I can't thank him enough. If you would like photos of the parts and finished product now in use in my Mother in-law's garage, I would be happy to provide them to you or the store. We're in the process of buying our first home. Like many of our searches, we always start online. The website offered a great price on a drill set that we'll need to frame our new basement. Once we got to the store, we saw a "New Lower Price" offer on a slightly better drill set that included a hard case and a flashlight. We purchased this product and are so happy to have saved some money. The customer service was very helpful and we could always find an associate with ease.

I recently purchased a handle for my patio door. The associate did an on line order while I was there and in the process got the item for about half of what I was expecting to pay. I was very impressed with his efficienccy and pleasant manner

We can always find what we need at Home Depot. The clerks are very helpful and knowledgeable. Even though the store is large you can easily find products.

We customized a paint color for our kitchen cabinets and brought the color to the paint dept. The computer did not generate the correct color. It was close but too light. With the help of Malissa and Cheryl, they were able to create the exact color. It took time and patience, but they did it without hesitation. The customer service we received that day was exceptional and refreshing!! Thank you Malissa and Cheryl!

Tonight I came across a rarity in Homedepot...customer service representatives that knew what they were talking about. Jim in electrical and Dave in flooring are in this day age a diamond in the rough. Both were knowledge and talked us about our project to better understand our need. If anyone is looking execptional customer service go see these two!
