I was using the stores handicap scooter and it died, so a worker named Scott helped me in getting another scooter to use.

We purchased a house and have been to this store a lot. .. now we go there just to see Don. He works in paint and is so helpful, understanding and kind. He answered all of our many questions and helped us figure out what went wrong with the color we choose and how to fix it. Great great helpful man.

Unlike competitors, this Home Depot always has enough staff readily available to answer questions and they're always very friendly and willing to go above and beyond to help me.

I love Home Depot I can spend hours there even thought I have trouble walking and standing. I find every thing I am looking for and then some. The staff are always friendly and helpful not just telling you where something is, they take you to it. This is so you don't get stuck on the massive long aisles looking for a small item or a large one. The prices are good and I get ideas for other projects. Im not much of a do it your sefler but with there help I "get er done". The store is always clean and the associates friendly and lots of them.

My go-to store for everything,, only minutes to my house, plenty of parking, easy access to highway. I went looking for an electric shovel but it was not in stock. Decided not to pursue the purchase at this time.

Best customer service we have had in a long time. We had looked at blinds, flooring & siding. All questions were answered and the store employees (4 of them) we dealt with were all great!!!! They knew what they were talking about. And if they didn't they directed us to someone who did. Glad to finally have some great customer service skills being used.

The staff are pleasant, knowledgeable and the epitome of what customer service is all about. I love the Leominster Home Depot Store # 2676. I travel specifically to go there as I feel the staff go above and beyond always. It is always the best shopping experience as I always have to ask for help. Both of my sons are in the trades so I shop there for tools, etc.

Really great store. The Associates are very friendly and helpful. The shelves are always well stocked and neatly presented. For such a huge store it is kept pretty clean too. THE place to shop for the DIY-ers and everyone else.

Excellent friendly enthusiastic service when I returned a broken tool for an exchange. Home Depot has extended return time due to Covid19 Pandemic issues and my request was taken care of immediately in-house. The team of associates at the return center and the tool department gave me top notch service. It was a little complicated but they made it simple and handled it without delay. GREAT service!

I finally found the brand of a product I couldn't find anywhere else. Clean and tidy store. Employee's all wearing protective masks. Friendly and approachable. Aaron was helpful with directing me to the right section of the store that I needed. All around good experience. Cashier's friendly and curtious.
