i made my purchase online and then called the store to confirm that the item was indeed still in stock (I had purchased the last one in stock). Customer service said "Yes" and told me that it would be waiting for me at the from desk. I immediately made the 45 minute drive to the store, and was very pleased to see my item ready and waiting for me right at the front desk. Not only was it at the front desk, but was wrapped in clear cellophane wrap to protect the box, had my name clearly visible on the wrapper, and was already loaded on a wheeled cart for easy transport to my truck. Within 5 minutes, I was all checked out,had the bathtub in my truck, and was ready to head back home. A very easy, in-store pickup experience. I couldn't have been more pleased.

I went to the lighting Dept. and as i was looking at outside lighting an employee came to me and asked Ifhe could help I told him I had purchased an outside light a few mouths ago, and I wasnot working as I thought It was going to. he asked how it was working I told him I thought the lights would stay on at night an when something went through the sensor the light would been come bright but I was wrong. I bought the wrong type. the associate showed me the light I should have bought and and I thanked him for his help. I then asked for the proper light bulbs for the new light and he handed a box of bulbs and told me no charge for the bulbs because of the problems with the other light I had bought. I was Shocked because no one in that store has ever done anything like that before. Thanks for asking.

Leominster Home Depot is my favorite store to shop at. I am always able to find something for the house or outdoors that I just love! Fun store to shop at!

Jessie provided great help to us. We are not familiar with the trades so coming into the store was overwhelming. We were looking for bath vanities, fixtures, etc and had no knowledge of what we were looking for. Jessie was knowledgeable, approachable, communicated so as to be easily understood, and a great listener.

The staff was the most helpful, courteous, knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and professional in our 40 years of visiting Home Depot stores. We especially wish to commend Ruth, Nina, Donna, and Linda in the Kitchen and Bath and Flooring and Tile sections. They were fantastic! Friendly and considerate at all times, they made our shopping experience a total pleasure. Congratulations!

Home Depot is the only place around that carries the paint I need, Behr Premium paint. It was in stock and on sale.

The store was clean, associates very helpful, overall a great store!

Bought counter tops that were close to what I wanted, was told the ones I wanted that I did find in Merrimack NH would cost me double to get, Went back to Merricmack NH got the counte rtops I wanted, they were cheaper and delivered for less

EVERY TIME I GO IN THIS STORE I AM GREETED BY NAME , I AM ALWAYS ABLE TO FIND SOMEONE TO ASSIST ME ,IF I CANT FIND IT THEY WILL GIVE IT ALL THEY GOT TOO RECTIFIY THE SITUATION , I CANT NOT SAY ENOUGH ABOUT THE EMPLOYES AT THIS LOCATION KOODOS TO ALL THAT ARE INVOLVED.

I came in to the store looking for a general direction in which to take a project, but I wound up leaving with so much more! Noah in Plumbing, Sammi in Paint and Ronald in Tool Rental were so unbelieveably helpful; moreso than any other retail assiociate I've ever seen. They helped me brainstorm, visualize and bring key pieces of my project together, right there in person. With some of the work already done, finishing and bringing my idea to life will be easier than I thought. They're a credit to their store and it's lucky to have them. Thanks a ton, guys!

Either the desk was not appropriately staffed or the folks there didn't care about the customers waiting in line. I was standing at the line at least 10 minutes with three people in front of me and the line still hadn't moved. Common sense would dictate, "hey, this line's not moving. How can we help? Maybe get another associate to help?" Thank you, I won't be using that "service" again. I'm going to Lowe's and get better service there, even if i have to pay a few more dollars.

Customer service at cash register. Store Very organized, and product availability

I was extremely pleased with Steve Fontaine at the customer service desk, as well as with Marion Visconte, Sales Associate in appliances. Service was both a pleasant experience and an informative one. I will be back for sure.

Asked for help locating steel wool and the associate who helped me went above and beyond! She walked me across the store to the exact location of the product, and as we talked I mentioned I was buying the product to stuff in foundation cracks to keep mice out. She gave me further great advice and then walked me to the opposite side of the store (building materials) to show me some special metal netting that she recommended I use to reinforce the steel wool. The associate then told me some other options she would recommended if I continued to have issues. She was friendly and so knowledgeable. By the time I walked out of the store, I felt like I had consulted with a professional exterminator! I have never been disappointed with any visits to this store but this experience exceeded all my expectations.

Well marked making it easy to find everything. Great location, easy parking, very seldom you don't have what we are looking for. We always enjoy seeing Adam and if we need direction he is able to help us.

I've been shopping at this location for two years, and almost on a daily basis since I now own my own home. Each time I go to this location, the associates are always helpful to me - no matter what department I'm in. I see familiar faces each time I visit and they always say hello to me because I'm in there so much. Customer service is lacking in a lot of businesses these days so it's nice to see that that's not the case at this Home Depot.

This place always has what I'm looking for! I bet my daughter that we'd find an item I was looking for in the garden section, but as I perused around it became obvious to my brilliant child that I wasn't finding our item. We meander inside where I found a couple associates near the weed trimmers and chain saws. They were very quick to hear my question and pulled up their phones to search using their app - they came to find out the item was in hardware! One of them walked us down to aisle 16 to show us where it was - humble pie for me, smiles for my daughter!

Was easy to find the items I needed for my house project. The associate at the paint desk was very friendly and helpful!

I needed to buy a new washing machine. The store associate was very helpful explaining the differecence between the front loading and the new top lodaing ones. I decided to purchases a top loading Samsung wash machine.

paint dept needs additional staffing during lunch as one person can't - although working like a bee-keep up with the line of people awaiting service I shop Home Depot because they support Israel

The appliance department was exception. Wonderful support over the phone and again in the store. The sales associate Marion was knowledge, helpful, and fun. Made a very difficult situation easy!
