I had a wonderful experience in the paint department working with the employees there. They were very knowledgeable and helpful and answered all my questions and assisted me in my decision making as to selection of paints. I had the pleasure of meeting Claire and Nick in my visit to the paint department on several occasions and am very happy they were available to assist me. I give them high marks and if I’m back at the store I will make it a point to visit them and thank them both.

I bought a new toilet seat, and my family and I are happy I did. I had a choice of company, material, and price. The one I bought, is a Kohler Round Front Seat that meets my family’s needs.

Linda Chambers is very detail oriented and professionally knowledgeable . Very patient and helpful. A great kitchen designer. Home Depot has good fair prices and contractual manufacturing and installation companies.

Went there for a light fixture and found this which looks great in my home office.

Have no interest in helping you tried to get attention from 2 they kept walking

You got to be ready to help yourself. No one will be there to help you. Either they are very tired short of staff always or they are checking our patience.

Well trained staff goes out of their way to be helpful in finding what you need. Takes the time to search for something not on the shelf I was looking for and even provided a bag for me at self check out and helped me pack my purchase unlike another local store who doesn’t provide any bags at all !

Staff greeted us, directed us toward what we were looking for. Other employees were very helpful, asking if we needed any assistance. Two employees assisted us with checkout, very friendly and got us checked out quickly. Thanked me for my service as a veteran. Left the store much happier than when I went in!🙂

Even at store closing time the employees at this store couldn’t have been more helpful. Grace Ann helped me make my final selection to insure I got exactly what I needed! Its great to have such good service which prevents returns!

This store is the worst. Most employees are friendly. But also have know clue what they are done ng. I really hate coming here. And do t start Ke on getting a delivery . You order stuff and it comes to the n 9 parts. People in mini vans droppi g stuff of at you house. Wish loweswas closer.

The website is often down, or very slow, causing me to wonder the store, looking for an available employee to assist me.

I was taking on a home project gathering everything I needed from the store and was surprised to find a few things that were labeled in store on the website were not. From there after buying supplies and a backyard shed I went to rent a truck. Unfortunately once at tool rental I was told the system was down at the store and all Home Depot’s and I was not able to rent any of there vehicles. This was a huge hassle to me as I don’t have a large enough car to fit what I had purchased. With a rough start I will say Pete and the guys in the garden department were extremely helpful, kind and knowledgeable which made my experience. Very thankful to those guys all class acts.

Good experience this time but sometimes the people up front have the propensity to treat people,me,like they’re professional shoplifters. Can be heavy handed which really isn’t necessary

This store is poorly laid out, , confusing aisle. Displays of appliances such as washers , dryers etc are cluttered and not level or in a straight line, Not enough space in the aisles. Inadequate lighting. Kitchen center work area looks like they put in office in a random spot between aisle, tough to find. Employees were very helpful.

The crew seems happy to be working there. The professional and friendly.

You need more people with knowledge of painting

If you need to purchase more than two items, I need a cart. Good luck.. the cards are being used for everything other than what they were intended for. The CUSTOMER. Walk the store any time, this is not a new problem at the Home Depot in Levittown.

I was waiting for the 1 person I thought was assigned to appliances-she was helping a customer. I heard hello-can I help you. Said yes I need a refrigerator, went down aisle, pointed to it on floor, and transaction completed in about 4 minutes. Install will be in 3 days, I was in store Mon at 5 pm, fridge coming Thursdsy.
