Gary in the Levittown, NY store Was absolutely excellent..He was knowledgeable, courteous and professional.From start to finish he made the transaction easy and thorough He answered all our questions and we left happy we came to his department.

They consistently have the products I need and everyone is approachable for assistance. Processed returns both online orders and in person with no issues.

Awesome experience! Home depot is my most favorite store not only because of the product you have but also your staff. You guys are best. And I would like to give special thanks to Mike (working at Levittown Home depot store near Aisle : 22). You guys are best team!

Employees at this location are very respectful, polite, kind, efficient, and knowledgeable. They are also very helpful and they go above and beyond in regard to customer service !

Very different floorplan than most of the other HD in county. Not EZ to address this if it was a preexisting structure. But still found everything i needed

My job often requires me to fabricate (wood, metal, plastic, rubber) and Home Depot always has a solution in one of the departments.

Getting a cart was difficult. We were told they were outside so myself and blind wife walked the lot to find a cart. This was a total downside to our experience.

We had a great experience with purchasing and having installed a new water heater . Even though it was the weekend, the phone was answered and an appt was set to install the system. The plumbers arrived on time and they were done in 2 hours . A very pleasant experience !

The store has almost everything you may need for your projects , it has a nice 'seasonal' area to the left of the customer service area which is at the start of the inside garden department , and leads you to the outside garden area . The downside to this location is the tight parking lot along Hempstead Turnpike in front f the store , better parking availability can be had on the east and west ends of the store , but the west end is 'closed' [cash registers also] after certain hours making it necessary to use the front entrance of the store for all transactions . There are no cashier operated checkouts here except in lumber [shuts down at 6:00 p.m.], but 'supervisors' are at the self-checkouts to assist customers at the front of the store .

Great selection of Anderson door's. Best price anywhere.

My husband and I came in looking for a patio heater. We had an associate help us find it and needed to be taken down with a forklift. The employee went out of his way to help us by finding another employee to work the forklift and they both were very helpful and friendly. We feel they went above and beyond with their help.

I was getting an exterior door by myself . Had a difficult time getting it on the flat bed. A MALE employee walked right pass me without offering any assistance. A FEMALE shopper helped me.

My recent experience over the last 6 months or so has been very pleasant. I was helped by their employees by not just directing me to a particular aisle to search for an item, actually coming with me to the said aisle and help in searching the needed item.

Went to the store to purchase a snow blower/show shovel and literally got bounced around the store by employees. No one had knowledge or knew where anything was. I was so annoyed I dropped everything and left the store. You could see employees ignoring you when you ask for help - no worries, I’m taking my business elsewhere - no wonder the physical store are going out of business.

Why aren't there enough employees to cover store needs on a busy weekend ? On a weekend before a major holiday , one would think it would be 'all hands on deck' , only there aren't enough hands to cover some departments . In mid-afternoon there was maybe two folks on the floor . . .there was one in plumbing , I couldn't find anyone in electric . . . . . I wonder why . my guess - - bottom line economics . there were 'boats' and shopping carts full of merchandise to be put out in the aisles but no one to do it . the new 'self check out' system requires only one [1] cashier for multiple registers . what happened to the human relations-interaction factor of the old way . that"s why i go to lumber to check out . there's a HUMAN connection there at check out , and I prefer to talk to a human not a computer terminal .

Great advice & selection of merchandise! Salespeople are very familiar with their stock & interface well with other departments to make the shopping experience a success!

Eman and gary in dept millwork did a great job addressing My needs store 6105.

I was looking for rugs in a certain size to match my paint sample. The gentleman in the rug department was so very kind & helpful. He asked if I needed help & then went out of his way to assist me in finding everything. He actually got down on the floor to reach the correct rug pads.

The carpet area was extremely helpful & informative. I dealt with two different Representatives from that area. Both employees were extremely helpful & knowledgeable & explained everything.

Charles was the sales associate helping us order our kitchen counter top. First he explained how he got to the measurements and drew it all out and then explained as a designer why our first pick may not be the best choice and I never thought about . He's knowledge and insight was extremely helpful! Great experience 👍

The Levittown Home Depot was excellent everyone was very helpful and if you need any help to load ur stuff up into ur vehicle they where very helpful great job

Great employees, especially Gary - helped me with doors. Actually recommended to Levitown by a friend. Traveled there from Elmont because of their good reputation. Cashiers - everyone is wonderful.

I go to Home Depot all the time and it is rare to find a place as organized as that one

I have shopped in this Home Depot for many years. I guess I have bought something in every department. Everyone always helpful, friendly & knowledgeable.

Home Depot is an ocean and you need help navigating and with products. Off late there is hardly anyone around who can answer your questions or help with a product.

I went to the Levittown town Home Depot after being totally disappointed by the Copiague store closer to me to buy a 12" double compound sliding mitre saw. The one at Copiague the box looked all beat up, pushed in at the corners and the middle of the box was torn and it looks like it was hit by the blade of a forklift. Salesman told me the saw should be fine theres foam padding inside the box. I told him no thanks and took a chance and took my business to Levittown. Box was pristine plastic wrapping was intact. In fact it took less than 2 mins from asking the first sales lady if someone could unlock the security wire for me to the time a salesman showed up to unlock it. He even loaded the saw onto the cart I had with me. Now that is service. Can't really ask for more than that. I will come to this Home Depot from now on for any power tool needs.

My wife, my contractor and myself were planning for a bathroom renovation. All of us worked with Jackson to select all of the materials etc we needed for the renovation. He was personable, professional and a pleasure to work with at the store,
