Everyone in every department has been helpful and knowledgeable and if they didn’t have the answer they got someone who did. We spent $ in paint garden millworker flooring lighting outdoor shed kitchen install and design and snow removal. ALL THE PEOPLE WERE FANTASTIC! Friendly, got up and walked us to our next department, above and beyond expectations. The store was well stocked clean restrooms were clean and plenty of help available. Wonderful experience!

Levittown Home Depot in my opinion is one of my Least Favorite. Store layout is confusing as compared to many other locations and employees are not knowledgeable or helpful.

I've been to several Home Depot and other home improvement stores ... I recently moved to the area and was more than pleasantly surprised by the service, helpfulness and professionalism of the associates - keep up the fine work!

I highly recommend the Home depot flooring department. Wayne Shepski in Flooring was extremely helpful in helping us order vinyl flooring and setting up measuring and installation. He is very knowledgeable and working with him was a pleasure. I had used Home Depot about 9 years ago for vinyl siding on my house and was very satisfied. I will use Home Depot again for any large or small purchases.They are very reliable.

Sales associates at this store take pride in what they do like they own it. They are available helpful and give great advice. Great place to shop. You can get your materials, get in and out, and get to working your project quickly and stress free.

I find this store to be very neat and clean. The employees are very helpful every time I go there.

Andre who works at this store was the upmost professional and courteous employee I have ever encountered. His store manager should be very proud to have someone like him representing this store and this company. He went above and beyond as an employee and as an individual to help me. In the 5 minutes I was in the store I gathered information as to who he was and how long he’s been with the company. There is a reason he’s been there for 18 years and I strongly recommend he be recognized for his care and hard work. I never do surveys for stores I shop at because there is usually no need to. However this gentleman could give the corporation a lesson in customer service internally. Thank you Andre for your accommodations to my needs and thank you to this Home Depot store.

I definitely liked this store and had a great customer experience with Steve Bexman in lumber. He found what I needed right away and I was out of the store in 15 minutes or less. Thank you.

I experienced the worst customer service in the lumber department on 8/22/18. In addition, on line store inventories are not accurate.Many items denoted on line as being in stock are not! Many items returned and put back into inventory are damaged and poorly packaged. I would not recommend this store!

The staff was knowledgeable and a great assisting to find the correct products for my project ! That’s why drove to a further location instead on of my local Store.

I received assistance immediately when an employee saw me and asked if there was anything that he could help me with and actually took me directly to the item. I never would have found it if he just gave me directions.

The new Levittown, NY store is reatlly GREAT. They always have everything I need. Forget Loews.

Leslie especially was very helpful to us in locating the front door we needed and Che was very helpful to us loading the door in our car!

being a newer store, I find this a much better experience. I travel past other Home Depots to go here

I like the layout of the store, primarily because it's brand new and the Freeport location was terrible. I like being able to enter from the Garden entrance, I also like the self-checkout feature. I would like to see a few more knowledgeable employees offering assistance rather than searching for someone.

I give this store a single star only because I did receive my ship to store order. I went to pick up my ship to store order. I asked if I could pay for other merchandise at same time. Employee said he would ask. Instead of asking he joined in the conversation the two other men were having. After a few minutes I walked away to find another registrar. I decided I was forgotten about. I went to self serve. The three teenage girls there also ignored that I needed help to purchase a can from the spray can display. The three of them were more interested in which department an employee was going to go work in next. I was less than three feet away from them. That is when I decided I had enough. When you start yelling a manger is quick to respond. Shouldn't even be necessary but I did finally get some customer service from the manager. I called to corporate office and left a full report. I filled out the survey. Now I am going to see if I can leave a review for this store anywhere else.

the layout of this store is ridiculous. i guess it was designed to keep the visitor engaged. to answer the question "would you recommend this store?" not many choices in the area anymore.

I went to select and order a kitchen granite counter top and was surprised with the selection, the fabricators they use and the sale price I received unexpectedly. Sales people in every department were ultra helpful, patient and professional. Very big store with lots of choices.

THE STORE WAS IN PERFECT ORDER AS USUALLY THE STORE PRODUCT WAS EASY TO FIND THE ASSOCIATE WAS FRENDLY AND HELPFULL

Lots of parking, conveniently located, sale on trees and bushes 50% off

Very clean, Very organized and couldn’t find better service I have bought a bunch of things the last few months to improve my house and have found some great people there, if u ever need help find Tyler, Juan or mike from flooring or Dylan from paint

I had a great shopping experience in The Home Depot, Levittown, today. All the employees are friendly and helpful. They actually seem to like their jobs and smile and really are willing to assist you. The store was clean and products were neatly displayed.

Color matching technology in paint department produced a darker shade then the sample I provided to match.

Very convenient location. This relocated location seems much bigger than prior location. Very clean, Lots to choose from and help is easily available for questions. You don't have to chase them forever around the aisles to find someone. I love this store!

I am raving about this store and it's easily marked isles and locations of items and the friendly curteous employees. Outstanding store to shop in.
