The store was well organized and clean

I would recomend this store cause by now I now where everything is... just hate the fact to come there and the items are not on the shelfs where when online it says there are...

I placed a few orders recently and then the next day were canceled due to no inventory, The stuff I did get worked great and then I had to return an item not working all I can say is I walked in angry then met the cashier at returns named Kayla whom was so professional knew how to handle a situation and take care of buisness I walked out with a smile. Home Depot needs to employ more people like Kayla who care and listen. Kayla thank you.

This store has a large amount of space for merchandising, and the management keeps the store stocked as best they can at the present time. It's well lit , and the crew there is always willing to help a customer . I was directed to the merchandise i needed with a smile and a thanks for shopping here . My only 'complaint' is the parking lot. Unfortunately , the majority of the parking is on the ends of the store and not near the 'main' entrance and exit , unless you're shopping garden or lumber it can be difficult to get in/out . Fortunately , there is a traffic light at the main driveway to make things easier .

Peter in flooring was very helpful, personable. He carried my area rug from flooring and put it in my car. First time for this kind of service. Cashiers were a little slow with my return. Also cashiers were not friendly and with social distancing in mind one of the workers did not respect space while handling my rug return. Only saying because of the new social distancing requirement

In the difficult times, Levittown Home Depot stands out as a shining example of how customer service should be done, not only for home improvement stores in general, but also for other Home Depot locations and for retails businesses in general. Over the past week I have placed three on line orders. Levittown Home Depot quickly filled these orders completely, communicated when they were ready and efficiently and cheerfully got me the merchandise via curbside pick-up. The most recent order was facilitated by three great employees, Steven at the Pro Desk, Jim in Garden and Logan who expended significant effort to enable me to purchase a uncommon item from a difficult limited access part of the store. Kudos to Home Depot and to Steven, Jim and Logan.

Clean store .Very helpful sales associate . I thought the nicest thing was the gentleman outside offering to help you load your car. It was nice to be treated like a lady at a Home Depot

Lena and Arlene in Levittown are among the best staff Home Depot has!. They are very friendly and helpful. They are very reassuring and ready to help customers. You know, some Home Depot staff just do their job even not bothering knowing if they can help you, or like you do not exist at all, or just bluntly says "I cannot help you" or "I do not work in this department." But these Lena and Arlene find a way to help you, even read customer faces and let the customer feel that they are ready to help, answer questions or call right customer associate in the exact bay and aisle where your product is located. They are amazing and fantastic Home Depot treasures! This makes Home Depot better because in Home Depot, it's a place of cheerful and smiling humans, not a place of tired and exhausted workers.

I have had a amazing experience with my visit to Home Depot, the employees I came in contact with were friendly caring patient kind , knowledgeable, experienced, honest and sincere even the cashier was friendly caring and informative the store was immaculate I was able to get immediate assistance in the departments I needed, the appliance specialist were that and more! Exceptional not pushy, and honest !

A big thank you to Kem the assistant store manager for being kind and helpful and knows how to treat a customer when needs help. Very professional as well friendly.Also some of the employees there are very pleasant and super helpful like Garfield what patience helping me with a bathroom order and Gary in plumbing very knowable and megan in customer service is very friendly as professional. Then we have my Lashonda in paint that has helped me over the months tremendously on what colors to painting my rooms in my home as well color matching a gallon of paint I spilled etc..You all are doing a great job thanks for all your help
