Most employees don't want to be bothered by customers. Boxes and displays often blocking aisles. Employees are not trained on where items are and often can't help locate items. Items sometimes not marked with whatever is needed at checkout so is a delay in getting checked out.

Great service and great prices!Always find what we are looking for and the employees are very helpful.

Home Depot had the best prices on dishwashers. They also had the best price on delivery and hook up. The men that delivered it and hooked it up were gentleman and cleaned up after themselves. A great experience.

takes forever to get help with finding and getting info on what I want to purchase also aisles are blocked by boxes, ladders, other stuff prices not on items

The store is easy to navigate and I have been in the electrical department on several occasions receiving assistance and advice from the electrical store associate on the materials that I need to perform the task that I want to complete. He has been very helpful.

The store is always clean, the associates are friendly, and the lines are never too long.

Ask employee(hardware) the location of an item he took me to it, ask what it was for and ended up showing another product that made what I was doing much better

I live over 50 miles away, but I always go to the Richmond Road store. As a Military vet, I am always treated with respect, not that I have been disrespected in other stores, but I just like the atmosphere at this store best. Be proud of this store.

I asked a specific question concerning an item I found on the internet and ask the representative about the price I had found. He looked up the bar code and after we talked I decided on the product that I came in to purchase. Being Retired Military I received the additional 10% off, so I not only had a great purchase but was able to get a great price. Thank you for your service and the tremendous customer support!

I was impressed by the employees. Every where I went in the store, there were associates helping people. If they weren't helping someone already, they offered their assistance. Several employees greeted me as I passed by. When I decided which product I was interested in, the employee in the paint department offered some tips and suggestions for the item as well as pointed out a lower cost option. This is my favorite Home Improvement store to visit.

Finding help is an issue and Management does not care about customer service.

People are friendly and do a nice job keeping the store well stocked and accesible.

This store has really helpful associates that are very knowledgeable and very willing to assist customers. We bought a special order door here and the associate was able to walk us through all our options to help us find the best deal for our needs.
