I just realized today that Home Depot hands down has a much better quality tool selection compared with the main competition, HD Carry’s Milwaukee and many other well known names , the competition shelves are filled with their store brand items and Craftsmen, neither of which inspire much confidence in me as a shopper…

Very professional and friendly Staff Competitive pricing and good supply

We were looking for a very specific product that was not on the shelf in its designated spot. Tyler from the lumber/millwork department was super helpful, patient, and professional. He spent time helping us find the correct overhead bin with the product we were looking for and coordinating with other employees to get the boards down that we needed. Corey was the employee who came to help Tyler by using the forklift truck to help get the boards down and arranged for us. They both helped us load it into the truck. They made the trip much easier for us.

David from flooring provided me with exceptional service and really helped me understand what I need to do to tackle an upcoming kitchen flooring project. He was able to recommend different flooring options and the adhesive vectors needed in addition to other tools that will help me get the job done. I am a complete novice and he was able to help me and I am just over the moon. Now all I have to do is go home and measure the square footage and boom! Thank you so much David in flooring (#2303)

I went to Home Depot to shop for a granite countertop and I’m so glad I did. The person who helped me was fantastic! She spent a LOT of time with me and she never made me feel like she was in a hurry to get to her next customer. After I finally selected my granite, she then walked me to the sinks and faucets to make sure I knew what types to buy to make sure my under mount sink turned out perfectly. Home Depot has won me over and I’m now a faithful customer.

This store has a wide selection of products and the staff go that extra mile to make this one of the best home important stores around. Check it out for yourself

Excellent place to shop, very friendly staff.

I was exceptionally happy with the customer service. The store mgr. Louis Bailey along with Rob, Taylor and Wanda were so kind. They all were helpful and knowledgeable about every question I ask down to what kind of light bulb I needed. I haven't found that kind of service in a long time. I will be going to this store #2303 for all my home needs, even though it is over an hour away from Morehead Ky. The wonderful service I received will be worth the drive.

Replaced a patio door through Home Depot very satisfied with completion of project will use them again if needed.

The store was clean, and the employees very helpful. I live over an hour away, but I'm partial to the Ryobi line of cordless power tools, so when I can't wait for something ordered online, this is my "go to" Home Depot location because the employees here have always helped me above and beyond and make the drive worthwhile. If you are a woman with less than stellar knowledge about tools and need to purchase some tools, this is the place for you! Ask for Linda, and tell her what you are trying to do. She will set you up with what you need. She made my shopping experience great!

Item I purchased was a return from a customer that was missing many items. Inventory count on the item I purchased was also off

ALL of the employees are SO well informed, helpful and REALLY go out of their way to help and even offer suggestions as to solve some of my minor repair "issues." They are always so friendly that it feels like home. I have never had a bad experience there, ever, and I go there a LOT!

GREAT people working here. Very helpful . We needed keys, Greg was so helpful. We were shopping all over the store. Flooring , bath room fixtures . keys, electrical fixtures. Everyone was so helpful. My wife and I will return to this Home Depot for most items .

Lack of assistance and knowledge about products and availability. No one seemed interested in giving assistance nor was management evenly remotely aware. Store was not tidy nor was product not easily available to find in some instances.

This is a good store. Folks are always helpful and they have good merchandise. I go in there whenever I need something for the house....

The store was clean and the products were easy to find. Staff in the cabinet section were especially helpful. Staff at the checkout were friendly and pleasant.

Electrical shelves are empty of commonly used building products. Go to the supply house instead, even when you come to grab just a couple items, they are probably not in stock. If you want keys made go somewhere else. Employees stare at you from checkout but won’t get someone to make a couple keys. When you ask to page someone, no one comes. Save yourself the frustration of employees walking past you and not helping. Many customers were not wearing masks. This store is ripe to give you Covid.

Bill and Linda made our shopping experience an absolute delight! They were extremely helpful and so knowledgeable on the products that we were shopping for!! I can’t say enough good things about these two! We greatly appreciate them taking the time to help us tonight! Linda even helped us while we searched for washers and dryers! She was extremely knowledgeable and gave us some great advise on the products we were looking at.
