I shop at Home Depot regularly and they always go out of their way to accommodate my needs. Also I noticed they always keep a bag of dog treats under the counter for every dog that comes in the store. I don’t have a dog but I think thats a very nice thing to do. One lady told me her dog gos nuts when she drives past Home Depot because of this 😂

I go to this Home Depot often as it is near my house. The staff are friendly and helpful. I appreciate the employees and that they make me feel appreciated as a customer.

Good selection and friendly associates, but HD is pushing self ck out- not smart choice when products are often bulky or heavy...

Drew went above and beyond to help me after my contractor stole my.money and never showed up for the job to build out by store. Home depot now has my exclusive business. Drew saved me and my small business! I will forever be grateful. Give him a raise and a promotion.

I don't like the new delivery process. I waited 10 days for the earliest delivery date of a product that was in-stock at their warehouse. My wait was in vain. No refrigerator delivery on the scheduled date and no one has contacted me to reschedule the delivery. No one at the store or their delivery service can provide an answer about when the delivery will take place. The only solution that was offered was that they could reschedule my delivery for 9 days later. That means a total of 19 or more days would be required to deliver my product even though it was supposedly in-stock. The delivery service they are using does not live up to the expectations I have when purchasing products from Home Depot. The management team needs to address this shortcoming or I will not be ordering any additional appliances from Home Depot.

When we were self-checking out we ran into a problem and a cashier Gertie helped us out. She was very friendly and gave us good advice. When we accidentally left the store without one of our packages she ran us down to return to us before we left!

I shop at Home Depot for the quality and price alone. I travel 55 miles from Owenton to Lexington without any hesitation. They have a good product selection and really good grade of lumber that is hard to find any more.

Bombarded by 3 older cashiers all saying the same thing, but none of them had a solution. Since I'm supposed to focus my review on the product, I'll just say it was fine. Except for the fact that no employee I encountered would honor sale price.

There is little costumer service at the Lexington Ky. Store. In the past it was the best in Kentucky

Cashier was polite, extremely helpful! BUT no one in paint department despite several requests for assistance. No one to help load heavy bags of mulch/topsoil/garden soil etc. When asking 2 employees that were in that area, I was told to load it myself. THIS WAS BEYOND poor customer service. Another customer there was furious for the same reason.
