I hired a painter that did not finish the work. I bought paint and rollers so I could finish the job myself. Well sure enough, he showed up the next day and finished so I did not need what I bought. I took everything back, got a full refund and no questions asked. What a great experience! You sure made it easy and I was not expecting it to be. Thanks Home Depot!

MY WIFE AND I USE TO SHOP AT HOME DEPOT ALL THE TIME WHEN LIVED IN FLA BUT NOW WE HAVE TO DRIVE 40 MILES IT WAS WORTH IT

The customer service lady exceeded my expectations.

Despite the number of people in the store, I was able to easily navigate to and find the items I was looking for. There were a number of cashiers waiting and checking out was a breeze.

It was great service and employees was happy to help and there were plenty of them unlike lowes they are always short staffed. Home depot is way better!

The check-out person at the information desk, Kim, was very concerned and provided help in making my purchase.

I HAD NO IDEA WHERE TO LOOK FOR THE ITEMS I NEEDED AND IMMEDIATELY UPON ENTERING THE STORE, AN ASSOCIATE TOLD ME EXACTLY WHERE TO GO FOR WHAT I NEEDED AND WHOM TO SEE. THE ASSOCIATE IN THAT DEPARTMENT WAS IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE TO ME IN ADDITION TO ALSO HELPING OTHER CUSTOMERS AND TOOK CARE OF ALL THE CUSTOMERS IN TURN WITH A FRIENDLY SMILE, COURTEOUS DEMEANOR AND PROFESSIONAL AIR

All of Home Depot's associates are great....especially Linda and Pamela. They rock at the Ladies' Night Out! I absolutely love doing hands on projects with them. They are so helpful and FUN!

I needed two hardware/paint items and knew what I needed them to DO but not what they would be called or where located. I went prepared for frustration BUT I was helped by the nicest young man who told me "describe what you need to do." A description on the two issues led us to hardware and paint, where we found the perfect solutions at very low cost!

I order over the phone some mold cleaner and paid for it, drove 85 m. to get it and it was not there. Some one moved it the day before and sold some of it. They don't know what there doing there. Need a lot more training, the Manager in painting needs to REALLY TRAINED AND HOW TO TALK TO CUSTOMERS!!!!!!

The store staff at this location are always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about Home Depot's stock items.

My shopping experiences at Home Depot have always been a delight. I can always find the products I am needing at reasonable pricing to fit my budget. The store in Lexington is clean and the lighting is bright. The associates are friendly and ready to help you locate the things you are interested in. I use my homedepot charge card when I need to make a large purchase. Helps me everytime!

Store associate working the floor seemed bothered that we would ask for assistance. Not sure if he was having a bad day or if that is his personality. This is not the normal for the store, I have shopped there every since it has been open.

Ashley LeBourveau was a great help to us during our visit. We had trouble with another associate and she made sure that everything was corrected and that our purchase went smoothly. If not for her, we would have gone to another retailer or location for our appliances.

I had been looking for a 12 inch wide coated wire shelf unit for my pantry door that was the length of my door. I was able to find exactly what I was looking for at this location after having no luck elsewhere.

First on-line pick up at the store order and it was a good experience. Caught an item on sale on-line, paid for it on-line and just stopped by and picked it up at the on-line pick up counter in a seamless transaction. Also got to look around for other items that I wanted to see.

The clerks were friendly and helpful. The associates that I interacted with were smiling and happy and shared that aura--thus when I left the store I was smiling and happy.

When in Home Depot recently, I found some lumber on sale that was just right for a project. While approaching the checkout, an associate saw my cart and asked if I'd be interested in more of what I'd already found. When I said "yes", he found two more boards and put them on my cart, then went and found the price for one that wasn't scanning right. This is what I consider "great service"... something I expect to find almost nowhere anymore... but something that occurs fairly often at Home Depot!

Had a great experience, always find things easily and most always in stock. I love the fact that there is self check out! My new go to store!

Went in and was quickly helped by a store associate, his assistance helped me found the right product. Would recommended this store to all that need to purchase items for your home.

Needed help with lumber since bundles were up high and strapped. Took a few minutes but an associate helped me select good 2x8s, load them on to the cart. He then proceeded to help me find oak closet poles which were located in some obscure corner of the store, and then other materials I needed for the project. He was my concierge all the way to the cashier - really cool, really helpful. Been shopping at Home Depots since the beginning - never experienced service at this level. Great job man!
