I bought this new 18volt Milwaukee light over the holiday’s. Don’t no how I went with out for so long. The Light is super convenient and is very bright. Awesome tool my only complaint is does use quite a bit of battery but still an amazing tool

Shannon is an extraordinary employee! He's amazing at his job in Design. Extremely knowledgeable, thorough, friendly and caring. There's no rush with his customers and their needs and orders. He searches for the best products at the best price. Absolutely AMAZING! Give that man a BIG Christmas bonus!

The in store purchase required me to pretty much beg for assistance with no other customers and 3 associates on the floor. Very sad. The Delivery window is 12 hours. On an Island as small as Kauai one would think they could narrow it down a little more.

Today was my first trip to the store in half of the year and I was pleasantly surprised at the friendliness and helpfulness of the store employees. Since Covid, this has been lacking and has been in irritant to me. The wait time at the tool rental department was quick, which is not always the case on island time. I was very pleased with today’s visit.

My range came in damaged but Vanessa quickly offered me several offers and made sure I was satisfied. Great customer service!!!

Noreen was super helpful yesterday at the Kauai Home Depot. She helped me figure out exactly what I needed and was quick to find it on the shelves. She made the check out easy and was so friendly. It makes me want to come back to the Kauai Home Depot again and again. She is quite a great asset to the company.

If you need a stove or refrigerator please go see Vanessa & Roberta in the kitchen appliance dept. They have great customer service, aloha, & are fun to work with!

At the checkout l realized that l forgot mt Home Depot card. Rena came over and assisted me to locate it in the system and applied the discount to my purchase. She's a very consciensous employee. Thank you Rena!

The store had the product I wanted in the floor!

Tracking information said this would be available on the first of the month it did not arrive for an additional 3 weeks. One of those weeks tracking information indicated it sat in the warehouse and was not available for pickup because somebody had an unpacked a container is my guess

This store is well known for having terrible customer service, but I unlocked the code. If you wear a backpack because you decided to go for a walk and needed something to carry your items in, the entire store will follow you around, and even guard the exit's while you checkout. The store manager is probably not dumb, he realizes that the same thug employee that is guarding the door looking like showering before his shift is only optional, is probably stealing more from this location then any customer with a backpack. Your colleagues look like it pains them to offer help, and it's unheard of to walk the customer to their desired items. Try to get colleagues that care about helping rather then looking forward to guarding your exit's while the customer is actively checking out at the register. You are feeble and only luck out because you are the only option on the island.

This store is horrendous for customer service. Incorrect answers, attitude, hanging up or not answering calls…they do it all. Just yesterday an assistant manager was leaning against a pickup in the middle of the contractor pick up area talking story during my entire visit, including making the employee helping me go around said truck and refusing to help load when I asked, because “he has a guy for that”. Rude through and through.

Nick in Appliances was amazing! I spoke with him twice and was impressed that he remembered who I was — it made the process so much quicker. He was super helpful, efficient, and made the whole experience easy. I’ll definitely look for him again the next time I need to purchase an appliance!

Our experience with Shannon Rasmussen in Appliances was excellent. He was so helpful in providing the detailed information we needed to select a new refridgerator. Details ofj capacity, price, delivery issues, warantees were all explained and very helpful in making our decision. We have dealt with him before and will again when we need new products.

I bought this last Saturday it will come in handy.

With a budget in mind our sales rep in the door department at Lihue Home Depot came up with exactly what I had invisioned and within my budget! I left feeling very grateful for her expertise as I had no idea what I could do or needed to do.Hence, One Happy Camper left the store feeling grateful and thankful for Home Depot in Lihyue

Most times going into Home Depot it’s hard to get someone to help. Karren was amazing! She asked what was on our Home Depot to do list and walked us to the lane that product was on.

Everytime I visit there fresh plants are drying and Dinh, so so sad

Went there to do a quick payment and purchase, i was greeted from the parking lot as i made my way into the store and was helped by several associates who were so helpful and full of aloha. That really set me up to have the rest of my day be amazing.

Kam made shopping for a gas range a wonderful and easy experience.

I do a lot of tiling and Lynn as well as a young gentleman. I think his name is Gage are the most kindest and helpful people probably out of any Home Depot that I’ve went to. They always greet me. Ask how they can help me and go out of their way to be of service.

One woman helped me find the item very quickly. The young woman at the checkout was kind and fast!!

The Lihue HD on Kauai is a great place for person nap landscaping needs. The staff is very helpful, and knowledgeable. There's a few places that sell some of the products I need a lot close set to my home, but I like the way experience of the HD.

We have been using the Lihue Home Depot for the past decade to serve out personal and business needs. They have always been an excellent source.

Roland was very courteous and helpful in ordering me a new washer dryer combination and in helping me select the correct size.

I bought two stoves online which didn’t work out…I returned them unopened during delivery. Months later no clear resolution of situation. Miscommunication or no communication and still no credit on my credit card I used. Very dissatisfied.
