Poorly trained pro-desk employees. We placed an order in-store for delivery and the items we pulled aside were sold to someone else. Manager took no interest. Had to drive to store to cancel order. Delivery person still tried to deliver half of order because no one told her it was canceled.

Always has an interesting selection of plants, varieties nobody else has.

We had been shopping at Lowe’s (next door) as Home Depot product selection and customer service had declined. We were very pleasantly surprised when we went in to use a gift card. The quality of items has increased and the customer service was great!

I special ordered some backsplash and was never notified it came in. The store finally called to ask why I hadn’t picked it up yet. Seriously? If you’re going to charge top dollar for lumber. Make sure its not twisted. Gotta sort through 100 pieces to find a good one

Amazing customer service!

Great customer service by Matthew at the customer service counter, however, his effort to deduct a 10% military discount on a special order was unsuccessful. If you place a special order at other stores that provide military discounts they are able to deduct the 10%.

Always greeted with a smile in a very clean and well stocked store. Their employees are very knowledgeable and are always more than willing to help you ...friendly and professional isn’t always A factor when shopping ...except the Home Depot in Littleton, NH is a rare gem and seems to me...pride themselves on doing their absolute best for their customers shopping experience!

I had a young man Garrett wait on me today. A woman shopping for specific lumber in no easy pass. Garrett could not have been better! Took all the time needed to help me find exactly what I was looking for . He was showing me all kinds of alternatives that would work. We found what I thought might work and I was all set to take it when he said to me let me show you something else that might work better. Most people would have just let me go about my business but he chose to help me find exactly what I was looking for.

Usawadee is a bright spot in my day everytime I visit home depot! She is an asset to your store with her helpful friendly attitude!

We came into the Littleton Home Depot today looking for electrical supplies. We are do-it-yourselfers and had a great experience with "Electric Bill" (love the name!) He helped us immensely giving us good tips and ideas.

I called to special order a door after double checking my measurements as color I wanted was not in stock. Clerk was very friendly and courteous and helpful each time when I talked with him

The store is clean and well stocked, but it is the employees that make the Littleton, Home Depot a pleasure to visit! There is a Master Plumber and a Master Electrician in their employ. It is really nice to have someone who knows what how to answer my questions! I don't want a clerk to read me the back of the boxes! I can do that! But, in Littleton Home Depot, the experts really know what they are talking about, and they help you to make efficient and safe choices.

Staff were helpful and knowledgeable. They were on hand when I needed them

The store inventory system said they had the items in stock but the staff could not find the items. They also were unsure of who to talk to to get me the items. We wasted a lot of time and I left frustrated.

The store was missing some very basic materials, also although I bought several items online, when I collected the items they were dumped in a cart and heavy things were piled on top of lightbulbs. Staff were not wearing masks all the time, they would sneak their masks off.
