Great people and great service

Mike in customer service is one of a kind. He went above and beyond to help me with a return and then helped find the correct product. With customer service being a thing of the past Mike is still providing old school service. Thank you.

Yes I was at the Bellveiw store. It is never a good experience, and dirty, staff isn't knowledgeable. Although I was Highlands Ranch, clean store staff knowledgeable, and helpful. Why is that?

I’ve been shopping at this Home Depot for over 15 years. As a homeowner, they have partnered with me in three remodels. All those remodels have been successful. The employees and the people that they contract with to do installations have always been terrific. I’ve not find found this same caliber of employee at any other Home Depot.

Ask for Rhonda - she is so sweet and will find out the answer if she does not have it. Great location no lines!

I was shopping for roofing material and had looked online at all big box stores to find what I needed and even though none of them had the exact material I was looking for, I came to this location as I often do and I was, as usual, very pleased with the people, the stock availability and the cleanliness of the inside and outside.

Always a good experience at this location. The employees are friendly and helpful and there is most always a good stock of everything.

My online order was not shipped to my home. It was shipped to a store in Colorado instead, I was very disappointed and had to re-order my product a month later.

Everyone was ready to help! Interacted with 4 different employees and all were so pleasant and nice. Lots of people complain that customer service in general these days has gone down hill but this store and the employees are on it. Such a pleasant experience shopping at the store.

The Home Depot on 3000 W. Belleview Ave. in Littleton has the greatest employees. They are always cheerful and willing to help with anything.

This store made me feel uncomfortable secure and taken advantage of would not recommend

I was at the Littleton home Depot Spencer helps me he's an exceptional employee he has helped me beyond what anyone else has ever done he helps me from the second I walk in the door until I leave that store he's an exceptional employee an asset to the company and I hope you could always have more employees like that

Purchased Jeld Wen double hung windows black exterior, white interior. I really like the look from both the inside and outside. The insulating value and quality is definitely there, great quality and value. We've been able to reduce our thermostat by 2-3 degrees. Working with Home Depot was great they made ordering windows easy, very knowledgeable about the product.

We bought 250 feet of baseboard, and the cashier was so unpleasant, greeting us with a sour, unhappy face , and when asked why, said it was because she had to measure the product. Mind you, the woman was working in the lumber section! What you get when you spend $628 at this store--super unpleasant people.

From the friendly and helpful cashier to the service Jake and Jason provided for me in purchasing an artificial Christmas tree, I had an excellent experience today.

I purchased a locking mailbox from your Littleton store. My experience could not have been better. The mailbox have been brought to the front and was available when I arrived, the item paid for, and I departed in less than 10 minutes. Kristin who managed all of this was incredibly helpful!

Bob in Hardware went above and beyond to help me. I needed a screw to finish my project, and you did not carry the screw. Bob improvised and found a screw.. Thank you for having this caliber of personnel in your store.

Brittany was awesome. She helped me with a customer service inquiry quickly and with a positive attitude. Probably the best service I have received at a Home Depot.

I needed some lumber, to build bench storage and a dress up wardrobe for my preschool. The employees I encountered while selecting the lumber, loading it on a cart and then cutting said lumber were EXTREMELY FRIENDLY and HELPFUL! The cashier helped me sign up for Pro Xtra and I appreciated the fact that he wanted to make the process easy. I want to thank the employees that made my day, here’s a shout out to Maria, Tim, Rick & Jake! THANK YOU SO MUCH😀

David Ulrich at the Belleview location is the most knowledgeable, helpful and nicest man! We ordered 4 appliances and he helped us get the best deal, compared different appliances to see which would be the best fit for us, and was so helpful through the entire order. I would send anyone shopping for appliances to David!

I bought a water valve last week and it was the wrong one and I had to return it for the right one and I didn’t have a problem getting the right valve

The kitchen design team at this store has designed over thirty kitchens and bathrooms for me. They are very good at finding the right manufacturer and product for a particular design requirement.
