The store provides good products but on this occasion the clerk who ckecked us out was not wearing a mask and was out from his protective shield. The clerks who assisted us in the garden area were wearing masks. The clerk who ckecked us out was rather rude.

The product was easy to find. checking out was excellent. store was clean and associates friendly and helpful.

Made my very first visit ever to this store. I came to make an appliance purchase yet no one was in the area to help. Many employees walked by without asking if I needed any assistance. It was like I was invisible. I was there for like 40 mins waiting to see if someone, ANYONE, would help me and out of nowhere an older gentleman appeared. He was not one of the many younger employees that ignored us. He asked if we needed help, answered my questions and I was able to finally make my purchase. Thank you Francisco for your help. I suggest all employees get trained on customer etiquette immediately!! My next purchase may end up being from a different store. The 2 stars are for the employee who actually helped me. I want to give him 5stars!!

I had a great experience with a store salesman and his manager concerning the purchase of a refrigerator that happened to be out of stock. They handled the situation very professionally.

More employees to assist the customer. If they are not knowledgeable in what I need they find someone to help me as I am a widow and I am not versed in everything that I am looking for at times. Appreciate that they do have most of the things I need. The help is friendly, even to the point of loading up my car. Thanks...I appreciate you.

I just moved to the area and I have found the personal at # 6551 Selma to be very helpful, knowledgeable and professional.

This store has two of the most friendliest people I've known. One is James in plumbing and the other is Tiffany a store manager. Both of these people are definitely a people person. Always offering to help and always smiling.

This store has been very clan with friendly workers for the three years that I have been shopping there. They also help my school. Being a teacher, it's nice to know Home Depot cares about the community and is willing to help out. Thanks guys!,

Customer service was full, but the employees were great

Went to get paint today and a very nice man waited on us. Not sure his name but he was Vietnam Vet. Really nice and courteous man and knowledgeable about what he was doing. Only thing about this store is the checkout I’m not big on checking myself out and sometimes it seems like a bother to get someone to check me out there.. need to cut out some of the self- checkout ..

Generally everyone is helpful, although they NEVER answer the phone. The cashier at self check was rude and dismissive!

Just wanted you to know I visited your store two days after Christmas and found it to be in great shape and your employees were as happy, friendly and helpful as I have come to expect. Well done managers and a special thanks to Adam who made this shopping trip a breeze!

The one star is not for the whole store, I love this store, it’s for the poor attitude and service from one supervisor Linda, extremely poor attitude and customer service, specially for a supervisor.

If you want a competent shopping experience in a big box store where the products are stacked two stories high....then shop at the Home Depot in Selma. Their staff all seem to memorize the items in stock and know where they are when you ask....then they walk with you to make sure you find the exact item you asked about. They all seem to be bright and willing and I would say they have a Service Heart. They WANT to help you! I shop there all year around and would recommend them without reservation!!!

If you need anything to do with your kitchen, ask for Shelia Ritchie, she help us pick out our new kitchen cabinets. She put up with me changing my mind several times & was very nice & patience with me. Shelia is AWESOME!!!!

The store had a good selection of lumber for a deck project, and the employees help you pick out the boards you want. If it doesn't matter, than they will pick it and load it for you.The wood was delivered the next day and was placed exactly where we wanted it to be put.It is a good product for the price.

I was able to find exactly what I was looking for at a great price. Employees were very helpful and friendly and assisted me with locating product that I wanted. Store was very organized and clean. Loved looking at the Christmas decorations in the store.

Super helpful people in knowledgeable staff

All the lines are self check, and I really hate that. And the attendant that was assigned to those self-check lines was quite rude.

The guy in water heaters was a big help....but the old ladies at checkout were pushy, we couldnt get a waterhose due to the guy doing inventory on the lift and it took10 minutes to get loading help. We didnt get a military discount.

Please have the managers give Marjorie in appliances 5 atta-boys!!!! We had a VERY difficult time with your INSTALLERS that gave us at lot of grief and aggravation! She worked with us and resolved the problems. and She deserves many atta-boys for her efforts. Your installation company sucks and should be replaced by your won installation crew.

Christmas is in season. The store looks like. Winter wonderland!

For self serve, this store is great and has great products. But for custom items, there is a bit of a wait and it took 1 week for someone to come out to measure for blinds.
