The store was a new for me, I normally don't go to this store, but it was closer for me and the layout was a different but in all, they have the same items.

Great purchase experience for a new washer and dryer. Everything went downhill from there. They missed the scheduled delivery and no one bothered to call. Six hours after the second delivery the washer started issuing error codes. Called Samsung and was told to call the store. Did get an appliance guy after being on hold for 19 minutes. He said he would handle it. Called the store the next day and found that "it wasn't handled". Asked for a Manager and was on hold while driving from my office to the store(19 minutes). Found a Manager who said "he would handle it". He didn't. Was on hold trying to call the store (now 28 minutes) and I give up. It has been 15 days since the purchase and I still don't have a working washer. I guess I will load it up and deliver it back to the store personally. No other options appear to be available since I cannot get anyone to answer the store phone.

Sales personnel, Miguel was outstanding 7-05-16. Assistance was more than expected. Miguel pulled out books with several dishwashers where specs read of the quietness, energy saving, price ranges, and comparison to other dishwashers offered in the store on the floor as well as washers in the booklet. Hence, the product I desired was not readily available. However, I had to special order it which took adequate arrival time as we were not in a rush to receive it. Upon its arrival, the delivery personnel were presented as professional, with a knowledge of installation, examined the product to ensure it was installed as to our satisfaction an left with definite assurance we were exceptionally pleased. Note, they arrived as was expected and installed the product in time for me to maintain a calendared appointment. They cleaned the area and exited as was to be expected instead of experiences we have had in not so keen dealings.

We were shopping late and two overnight employees and their manager did everything they could to make sure we had what we came for and helped load it into our vehicle. They were super friendly and went above and beyond our expectations of customer service.

This store is larger than the one closer to me so it has a better selection. You still have to find someone to reach the selection because it is up high. There was only one cashier, and the one at the self check was helpful after I got her attention, which was not on the registeres.

My goal was getting carpet and when I left it was in work with a date firmed up for measuring. I was helped within minutes of being in the carpet sales area. The associate was pleasant and very knowledgeable. This was a positive buying experience and I left very pleased with the outcome.

I recently went to Home Depot to make an initial purchase of fence building materials. Every thing went well. I was able to find the required materials and were reasonably priced. However when I went to check out the cashier asked how many items I was purchasing and then went on to count them anyways. My question is this why ask the number of items and then proceed to count them? It left me with a feeling that the cashier did not trust my honesty especially when I provided exactly what I had purchased and the correct accounting of items. I feel it would be much more appropriate to simply have the cashier simply greet the customer, thank them for shopping at Home Depot etc... Thank you for your interest in my store experience. I was sold a Ring doorbell for $249 that turned out to be used and missing installation parts. No label said it was used. Once it was up and running (the missing parts were easy to sub) I watched the videos that were made on 5/31 and 6/1 where it was installed in the first purchaser's home. Had it been disclosed that the item had been sold and returned, I would have asked for a new one, or checked the unit carefully after they had removed the anti-theft wrapping and before I purchased it. I lucked out this time, but electronics should never be sold with out a disclosure of use

AFTER BEING FRUSTRATED LEAVING WITH OUT WHAT I CAME FOR... A GENTLEMAN ASKED IF I FOUND EVERYTHING I CAME FOR... HE DID NOT HAVE A HD APRON ON SO I WAS SURPRISED AT FIRST... BUT HE MADE A PHONE CALL AND HAD ANOTHER ASSOCIATE FIND EXTRA SUMP PUMP HOSE AND MADE MY DAY!!! MY HUSBAND WAS HAPPY AND THE PROJECT WAS COMPLETED !!!

Got unexpected help in finding a flat bed cart. Then cashier was very pleasant and helpful in getting me assistance in loading my heavy purchase into my pickup.

Credit specialist Marquetta V. was very helpful in helping me order a Tuff Shed I wanted. It only took a week and a day to get installed and the gentlemen did a great job. It was done in 3 hours and 15 minutes.

WE HAVE VISITED MANY HOME DEPOTS IN TEXAS AND OTHER STATES. TEXAS, OK, NM, MO, CO. THIS HOME DEPOT IS SO FAR THE BEST. THEY NEVER FAIL TO STOP US AND ASK IF WE ARE FINDING WHAT WE NEED. DO WE NEED HELP? THE ASSOCIATE WHO HELPED US NAMED SHELIA AT THE SELMA TEXAS LOCATION WAS GREAT. SHE HELPED US DECIDE WHAT WAS THE BEST PURCHASE FOR OUR SITUATION.

PAINT DESK NEVER HAS A ENOUGH PEOPLE. THERE IS NOT ENOUGH ORGANIC PESTICIDES OR THE ABILITY TO READ THE REVIEWS, NO ONE AT THE STORE SEEMS TO KNOW IF IT WORKS OR DOESN'T. IF YOU DO NOT KNOW EXACTLY WHAT YOUR LOOKING FOR AND KNOW YOU ARE GOING TO NEED HELP, PLAN ON STAYING AT LEAST 30 MINUTES LONGER THAN EXPECTED. BRING HAND SANITIZER IF YOU EXPECT TO USE THE RESTROOM. FOUR SOAP DISPENSERS AND ALL OF THEM WERE OUT?!?!?!?!? HOW LONG WHO REALLY KNOWS.

The paint department was orderly and well marked. Dee Dee assisted me with a large order. She was alone for quite I while. She touched base with each customer as the walked up and did an Outstanding job! It didn't take to long even for my large order. She was very Professional and knowledgable about her department. Very nice young lady. For a paint department of that size she should have had help. But she was a true asset to the store! No one had to wait to long..... Getting all of my paint out of the store was Not a Breeze! After checking me out the cashier called for her to put the paint in my trunk it Took Forever!!! for someone to come... Poor thing just kept callin for help. That was not good! I almost asked for a manager....
