The person employed in the garden area to assist with loading mulch onto flat beds was argumentative, rude, walked away from assisting me. Acted like because the mulch only cost 2 dollars a bag I shouldn’t card if it was moldy or not. He said he was over 60 and too old to be doing this job -like that was my fault. Horrible experience!!!!

I would just like to say that Michael, the customer experience manager, was extremely rude towards one of his associates.On 2/28/23, I was at the Service Desk making a return and the associate came up to Michael and asked him a question about her department. She’s obviously new so she doesn’t understand everything just yet. Before she could finish, he interrupted her and said “ That’s something you gotta ask your Supervisor”. She explained to him that her Supervisor is off and she was the only one in her department. He said “That’s not my problem, I don’t make the schedule.” The associate visibly upset, left the desk. I wanted to say something but I didn’t want to make things worse. I shop here quite often because it’s down the street from my house. Michael has a nasty attitude and he always seems to be in a bad mood. There was no excuse for him to talk to that young lady like that. I would highly recommend that the Store Manager talk to Michael about treating others with respect and dignity. Michael’s attitude sucks and he has no business being in retail. He talks to associates like they’re kids. If he does have children, they don’t work at Home Depot.

My mother lost her purse while shopping and an employee happened to pick up the purse off the ground and turned it in. Other employees were very helpful when I inquired about the missing purse.

When you walk through the store you'll find yourself dodging lots of stockers with pallet jacks, hi lo's and flag wavers, guiding them. If you need help finding what You're looking for no one is willing to help you. It's great they stock the store but they need to work on helping customers too! Kinda ghetto.

I made a return I ask for the store credit I needed to purchase some items for a job the associate put the wrong info when entering my ID if I had went to another location to use the gift card, I wouldn’t have been able to because the gift card didn’t match my ID because Dan put the wrong information in there

Need some stores to be 24 hours

I usually go to this Home Depot when looking for home repair items, and was somewhat surprised at the amount of stock I was able to find this time. Glad that e=all is good at Home Depot

Kay Knutson very good customer care &Good people every time I go in they are very kind to me BUT their customer service on the phone needs a lot of work.

Cashier Ardyth informed me that Home Depot no longer accept the phone number for the tax ID as of 3 months ago. I have called two other stores and no manager at either store have heard anything about this new policy.

I items I have purchased stand the test of time.

I needed a prehung door. Unfortunately the door i needed was on the top shelf and the isles in the immediate area were completely full of pallets of stock. It took the sales associate about 30 min to move stock and navigate the hi lo to the area. I do not understand how a business can operate in this state of clutter.

Tony in the kitchen appliance area was extremely helpful answering all our questions and providing contacts for plumbing services. There was also a helpful gentleman over by the fencing area and a third helpful gentleman in the plant area. Cashier Heather was very nice and friendly.

Mark in kitchens is so friendly, patient and knowledgeable in designing.

I am a pro customer every time, I’ve had an issue or a hard time with an order or finding something there’s always someone there to help from the guy that gets the buggy out the parking lot to the managers.

Needed to return an item. The cashier, SHATERRA made no effort to get up off of the stool she was sitting on while engaging in a personal conversation w/a coworker who was leaving to assist me. She never did say, " how can I help you?" I asked if I could return an item. Her response "do you have a receipt?". I hope she is seasonal and will soon be gone because I know she is not representation of Home Depot. If you don't want to work or be professional, please don't apply. Thanks for reading. Sometimes you'll receive good service, but all too often, you won't. Also be prepared to wait if you have a curbside pickup.

In process of a bathroom redo the sale man was Superior!!!

I went in looking for recessed lighting for my kitchen and no idea what I was doing. Employee Roz helped me tremendously in finding the correct ones to buy. She's very patient, knowledgeable and very pleasant. I would highly recommend a few need someone to help you especially if you are a woman, ask for Roz

I love the Lavonia store an the management they have always been kind to me and my husband for all of our Home Depot needs. Once in a while you get a bad Apple but that does not out way for all the kindness an help that the people in the store gives. Mrs.Tromblay

Shopped for cleaning supplies at Home Depot - Livonia this morning. The associates were very helpful throughout the store. I had a great shopping experience. The store was well stocked and the aisles were easy to walk down with a cart. Good selections of seasonal products too.

This was the SECOND Home Depot of the day! Associates were more than helpful and friendly. .

Courteous staff, helpful staff, very clean, good variety and ideal inventory for both personal and professional projects.

The check out cashier was fast, helpful, through, friendly and I don't think I'd change much of anything. Christine went above and beyond for me and you don't see that very often when shopping at a business.

Great overall experience purchasing French doors and the installation. Michael is great at what he does and easy to see why the store is always easy to shop in on any day

I wish I could give this store a zero star rating but I can't. We went in there on Sunday at 10am to purchase a large quantity of Mulch. Usually in past years you could go in to the register and pay and they would load it in your car. However today they would not. Also they did not have the garden center registers open. We had to load it on a cart and take it all the way down to the registers to pay then load it in our car ourselves. We made 3 separate trips to purchase 60 bags of mulch
